  • All you need to know to make the perfect Buka stew. First pour your palm oil in a dry pot on a very low heat and keep the pot covered for upto 30mins(remember low flame) turn the heat off and let it cool while closed. Once it’s cooled down open and proceed with your stew.
    Your pepper mixture should be 30percent tomatoes 70percent scotch bonnet, shombo, tattasai and onions. The rest of the description is as shown in the video.
