Vote here. Is it too redundant on the initial segments with Jessica in the car talking about these neighborhoods and then at the church. One of us wanted to keep both segments (which is how you see it now) and another one of us wanted to pick just one. I will keep as-is or make an edit based on any votes here. ~Chris 1. Curious, you've done lots of neighborhood videos, but never the Meadowlark neighborhood at the end of Hunter Rd. I see this as a very desirable neighborhood and kind of a hidden gem.
Hi! Thanks for the suggestion! We often do neighborhood tours for communities we have clients recently buying and selling in because the info is fresh in my mind. Meadowlark is a nice neighborhood and I'll noodle a future video for that area. We always appreciate requests!
It’s definitely gone up. One of the best things about Murrieta is that it’s “affordable” and nice. I do worry that the affordability is slipping and that prices will become like San Diego. I certainly hope not but a lot of my clients are already having to look out further towards Menifee and Winchester for more affordable homes with the features they want.
@@moving2murrieta Thank you for that answer. I googled the "average temperature" for Murrieta, Menifee, and Temecula, and it gave me the average temperature per month of each city. Google is amazing. I haven't verified Google's info but it's a start.

I liked it as it was :)
Yes, it’s too redundant 🙄
I thought this version was fine!
I prefer variety. A 10-second or so common intro would be OK, though.
What does bug me a bit, though is... ua-cam.com/video/w7BBNEwyOjw/v-deo.html
Great video and tour! Such a beautiful area.
Thank you as always! 🙏
i also really like that subway at the end, luis is very nice 😂

Great video but the price almost 1 million dollar homes in Murrieta haha Wow 🤯. That’s crazy

Is there a noticeable temperature difference between Murrieta, Menifee, and Temecula? Or are all the three cities roughly the same temperature?
Hi! In the summer, it’s about 6 degrees hotter in Menifee vs Murrieta and Temecula
