I'm enjoying the series. Back in the 80s I built a VW stroker (2233cc) with a Rajay EF80 turbo and Hilborn fuel injection, vertex magneto. I built all the intake/exhaust (pipefitter). The aluminum framed sand rail ran on methanol. I learned a ton building that car. It's easy to see you've got master level knowledge. I personally enjoy the conversational style of your videos. Ideas for future vids? As an old guy (65 this month) and someone who'll be buying a Hayabusa after the first of the year, I'd be interested in a Stage 1 type of build (for lack of a better term). I live at 6600 ft elevation in Colorado and frequently ride at 10-11000 ft. At my house I've lost 20% or so of available power due to atmospheric loss. I think a mild turbo tune would make up for this and still have a bike that can be ridden in the mountains (lots of curves) and be reliable. I'm thinking a sea level power output in the 220-240HP range on hi-test pump gas. I wouldn't be interested in building my own, as I'd feel more confident if someone with your expertise built the bike and tuned it. I don't know if anyone else would be interested, where I live one sees mostly BMW GSs. There might be more "mature" riders out there that would be interested. Best of luck.
One of the best channels on youtube . I'm glad I found you and subscribed to your channel. And to thank all your effort and hard work, I never skip your ads and I always make sure I share your videos on my social media
Just found your channel mate, absolutely excellent!! I see achievable goals now. Big can of RB, turbos, texas, good weather, guns, long roads, The COWBOYS!, chisel toed HH work boots, V8's, loud exhausts etc etc etc. You are in heaven my friend!!! I am Scottish, stranded in Scotland, where you can't have guns, loud bikes, good weather, long roads, loud exhausts etc etc. This would be Hell to you bro 😁😂😂❤️
First of, thank you, and thanks for watching. Yeah hickock45 is a bad ass. I’m from Chicago originally. A lot of native Texans don’t realize how good we got it here. And I’ll say it’s awesome to own and carry firearms. I always have something on me. Most people do here.
Really looking forward to see the Dyno results and the durability for the bike. I saw that the conrods you use for the Busa is available Zx12r too. Can you sell a set of those too or is it only for busas. Unfortunately I have a zx12r for the moment. I have already maxxecu race, 2200cc Bosch inj, W2A cooler , turbo and so on and heading for E85.......
You are crazy you the cooling system without antifreeze do the temperature in Taxes but you will ruin the cooling system pump seal you can run the engine without thermostat is ok as long the temperature above 60 degree.
I never run coolant in my personal bikes, or race cars, water only. Never had a water pump issue. Most race tracks won’t let you in if you have antifreeze in your cooling system.
@@BoostedCyclePerformance Your point about racetracks not allowing antifreeze is valid, but just as an FYI, antifreeze also increases the boiling point of the water too. It doesn't just lower the freezing point. On a street vehicle subjected to very hot days (possibly stuck in traffic) you might have overheating issues with straight water.
@@shortattentionspangarage1312 you’re right with all that. But I’ll tell you riding in stop and go traffic in the Texas heat I’ve never had a problem with over heating.
Some times, there is just to much talking, it makes it a drag to watch, It’s a little boring to watch, how are your analytics going on your page? Are people leaving to soon? I seem to see many guys doing tech engine stuff and it seems to be more about them on camera talking way to much, They make it more about them selfs than the tech stuff, it just gets hard to watch a talking head. Otherwise it be great to see your channel be more showing what your doing , talking sure, but less of you on camera? Hope that’s not to harsh.
@@BoostedCyclePerformance please continue to teach us how ever you deem necessary , you cant learn without the teacher talking. No other turbo guy is this forth coming with what they know, they keep a secret so thanks for the lessons.

I must be the only weapons expert that has never held a gun. Love ya Hickock45 😁

The Conrods I use aren’t for sale publicly yet. But I have the open to have that company make them for other bikes too.
Nice busa! Man I'm checking out the mustang looks like 1k to the wheels.
We're ready for an update... What's going on with this bike? How's it doing now?

Love the channel keep up the good work
I appreciate that, and thank you for watching. I have a bunch of other cool stuff I’m in the process of filming too.
Cool man...can't wait for next video
I need to come by. Have some zx14 cheap turbo ideas I want to run by you.
Is your web site down at the moment?
Are you still doing bikes
Which fuel pump, and injectors do you use for 400hwp?
On pump gas a Walbro 255hp pump, 65lb injectors.
Loving your vids man💯🔥👊👊
Time to feed the fuckin beast😈😈
COOL
Is your headlight on a timed delay?
Blkoutbusa yes basically. The engine has to run for 5 seconds before the headlight comes on. Along with all the rest of the electronics.
Nice, I've been looking for a way to delay the headlight on easily, as of now it's powered by the factory harness etc.
Do you know where I can buy a busa for six or seven grand ? Don't care so much about looks.
Facebook marketplace
How did you start it without the clutch pulled in?
Mach No.1 I zip tied the clutch lever to the bar.
@@BoostedCyclePerformance I'm just curious sir, 1500$ for all? i mean not including the busa ofcourse!
@@dute007 fuck no. It’s about $1500 to go from a 300-350whp turbo bike to this which he hopes will hold 500whp.
You gonna run a mechanical scavenge pump?
Hybrid600 no need for a scavenger pump. The turbo gravity drains just fine.
@@BoostedCyclePerformance Ok wasn't sure because you mentioned about some smoking going on.
Hybrid600 somehow the oil seal in the turbo got damaged when it was off the bike while I was going through the engine. Before it never smoked.
@@BoostedCyclePerformance Ahh ok
I swapped the center section out. It’s all good now. Still no scavenger pump.

Not at all, I appreciate the input. This is still in its infancy so just trying to figure out everything still.
