Petchyindee came into being in 1975, sparked by a young Virat Vachirarattanawong, affectionately known as Tycoon Nao, driven by an insatiable passion for Thailand's national sport, Muay Thai.
Today, his son Sia Boat has been deeply involved in his father's business from the get-go. However, it's not out of obligation but rather because he harbors a profound passion for Muay Thai and a keen desire to witness the sport's growth beyond their native land.
The closest MRT station is BANG KHUN NON. From there, you can hop on a 5-minute Grab bike taxi ride that'll drop you right at the gym's doorstep.
Morning Pro Fighter sessions begin with a run at 6:20 AM.
At 8:00 AM, there's a light sparring session.
At 8:10 AM, fighters engage in strength and conditioning led by a pro coach, utilizing a state-of-the-art heart monitoring system to optimize their performance.
The session wraps up with stretching and breakfast.
The afternoon session starts at 2:45 PM with an outdoor run.
At 3 PM, trainers lead pad sessions lasting 3 to 7 rounds, with one round lasting 5 minutes for fighters with upcoming bouts.
At 4 PM, the session concludes with a 30-minute clinch session before at 5 pm dinner.
