That was a great perspective on the arch with the people under it. Really could see the size and scope. That chili looked really good. I hope you liked the Steripen. Yours looked a little different than mine. I’ve been using mine for years. Works great. Only downside is potential shag nastys that a regular filter removes like. Great trip Jason!

@BackpackingWithJason I got the smaller more square looking model. I don't use the bag I just throw it in my food bag, also the "glass" part is actually quartz and surprisingly durable mine has survived a few drops without the cover.

I stayed at Charit Creek lodge once, it's the bomb!! I think it's worth the money because the food is amazing. I stayed in one of those 2 little cabins you showed. It was raining but we had a porch and a rocking chair. It was an awesome experience.

That place is awesome! We stayed at Charrit creek one night. I highly recommend it. Your ladies would love it! My hiking buddy, aka, my niece, me and my German shepherd did it in early spring a couple of years ago. It’s pricey in my book, but awesome! We stayed in the little corn crib cabin. The staff and the food was so amazing! The fire is already built, the beds were clean and comfortable. Five stars in my book. We caught the first arch, not the second one due to time restrictions. Shew, that put Grays arch to shame! Loved the creek walk too! Nice video!
