    ingredients
    1 cup cooked rice पके हुए चावल
    1 cup chickpea flour बेसन
    1/2 cup grated carrots, कद्दूकस गाजर
    1/2 cup chopped capsicum शिमला मिर्च बारीक कटा हुआ
    1/2 cup spring onions हरी प्याज
    1/4 cup coriander leaves धनिया पत्ती बारीक कटी हुई
    7-8 curry leaves करीपत्ता कटा हुआ
    2 green chilies हरी मिर्च बारीक कटी हुई
    1 tbsp cumin seeds जीरा
    1 tbsp chaat masala चाट मसाला
    salt to taste नमक स्वादानुसार
    1 tsp sugar चीनी
    1 tsp turmeric Powder हल्दी पाउडर
    1/4 cup curd, दही
    water पानी
    oil तेल
    green chutney for serving
