    Dates ghee cake ...Consumed for thousands of years, our grandmothers have been insisting on the importance of this superfood for ages. Using @hebbevufresh to make cake was a wonderful experience. They turned out soft and delicious. You should try it as well. Dates ghee cake Ingredients 1/2 cup dates (Approx 15-17 ) 1.25 cup hot milk 1 banana 1 tsp vanilla essence 1/4 cup ghee 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup fine suji (aif you don't have fine suji then churn the normal suji for 1 min) 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 2 tbsp coco powder 1/4 cup dryfruits, chopped Bake cake in preheated pan, for 35-40 minutes OR Bake cake for 180 degree C for 30-35 minutes. Note: you can make this cake without suji.. instead of suji you can take double quantity of whole wheat flour

    Anjeer and nuts laddu (full hindi recipe in the description box )Anjeer nut laddu is an excellent source of soluble dietary fibre and essential nutrients. it is healthy and sugar free. It is full of goodness of Anjeer and Dry fruits. 15 figs अंजीर 5 dates खजूर 1/4 cup chopped almonds बादाम 1/4 cup chopped walnuts अखरोट 1/4 cup chopped cashews काजू 1 tbsp ghee घी 1/4 tsp cardamom powder इलाइची पाउडर 3 tbsp dry coconut powder नारियल का खीस Soak figs for 30 minutes in hot water. Cut and grind with dates. Heat ghee in a pan. Add all the dry nuts and saute for 3-4 minutes at slow flame. Add prepared paste. Mix well. Cook for another 3-4 minutes. Stir continuously. Add cardamom powder. Remove from the flame. Add coconut powder. Mix well. Spread little ghee on your palms. Make Laddoos. Store in an airtight container for 2 months in refrigerator. अंजीर को 30 मिनट के लिए गर्म पानी में भिगो दें। खजूर के साथ काट कर पीस लें। एक पैन में घी गरम करें। सारे सूखे मेवे डालकर धीमी आंच पर 3-4 मिनिट तक भूनें। तैयार पेस्ट डालें। अच्छी तरह मिलाएं। एक और 3-4 मिनट के लिए पकाएं। लगातार हिलाओ। इलायची पाउडर डालें। आंच से उतार लें। नारियल पाउडर डालें। अच्छी तरह मिलाएं। हथेलियों पर थोड़ा सा घी लगा लें। लड्डू बना लें। 2 महीने के लिए एक एयरटाइट कंटेनर में फ्रिज में स्टोर

    Ingredients 1 litre Milk दूध 200 gm paneer grated कद्दूकस किया हुआ पनीर 1/4, tsp cardamom powder इलाइची पाउडर 4 tbsp sugar चीनी Almonds pistachioes and Rose patels बादाम पिस्ता और गुलाब की पंखुड़ियां Method 🍨Heat milk in a pan. Bring it to Boil. Boil the milk on low-medium flame till it is reduced to 1/3 of the original quantity, keep stirring in between.🍨Once the milk has reduced to 1/3 of it’s original quantity, add sugar and 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder.🍨Add grated paneer once the sugar has dissolved completely.
