I worked at Lowe's from 2001 til 2020. Lowe's started having Halloween merchandise in 2008. The quality and what we sold was much better from 2008 until about 2012. Then it started feeling less scary and looked more cheaply made. In 2008 we had a witch that came with a wireless microphone that you could talk through the witch to scare people. I've never seen a Halloween prop like that since then
Spirit was also in our shopping center that sane year. People where buying up our stuff and we sold out pretty quick that first year.

Stopped at my local Lowes bought the Michael Myers Halloween II projection light up, I love the Freddy and Jason animatronics I didn't like Michael Myers just because it doesnt have the Halloween theme song playing like it should but they have some amazing Halloween stuff, next up Home Depot, Halloween City and Party City
We live in Rochester ny and the greece ridge mall has your blue and purple ghost face masks!

I just went to the spirit halloween flagship today, it was so fun! I couldn't go on opening day though...
some of these animatronics you gotta ask...why? every store or company feels the need to have their own version of Michael myers, jason, and then some grave digger..why no vampires? why no Frankenstein's? sure we get wolf men now and then, how come they are so limited to the genre but create like 20 types of the same animatronic with slightly different features?

Hi Nate! I love watching your Halloween videos, I live in Australia and unfortunately Halloween is not big here. My husband and myself LOVE Halloween it's so interesting seeing how many awesome decorations and electronics that is available in the states. We visited America back in 2019 for halloween and spent it in new Orleans, we loved every minute! Thanks for the awesome videos! :)
Hello Nate, I went to a Spirit Halloween in Edmonton today and I got to see the new lab setup and all a bunch of new/old animatronics. It was really fun and I had a blast. I also bought Grim and a black and white Jumping Spider, I plan on getting Fright in a box next. Oh btw I called every animatronic and prop what you called them and my dad was so confused lol
