    I love the way you format these videos, we don’t need to know who exactly these people are, their identity is their business, we’re here for their story and what they want to tell and reveal to us. We’re guests for their life tales here. I also love that you don’t do an intro, it’s really not necessary and just a style choice/trend. This raw formatting makes the video more real and authentic, less staged. Keep up the great work and stay genuine 💜

    Everyone complaining about no intro is LAZY and just doesn’t want to open the description. You’d see for yourself that’s where she gives some starting info. I appreciate the rawness of jumping right into it - straight to the point and saves pointless filler

    The only thing I'd warn anyone about regarding this is yes, it can make you feel great about yourself, however, when your self esteem has become dependent upon how others see you (i.e. men/ women in strip clubs paying you to dance in your B-day suit), that perceived 'self esteem' & sense of confidence can quickly collapse as you get older & you're not wanted in the same way you were before!
    Even the guest referred to how she begins to question herself and her attractiveness on nights she doesn't make as much money, automatically inferring that perhaps she wasn't good enough. Self esteem that is dependent upon your appearance &/or attractiveness is just an illusion of self esteem & the consequences of it when it's over can be detrimental for some.
    - Not a prude, at all (😆) but as both a therapist & someone who just hit their 40's (& who very much relied on my looks to get by for a long time)... one really needs to ensure their self esteem, confidence & sense of self worth is coming from within versus from others because it can be a very challenging, internal road to plow! Take Care & God Bless! ✌🏻🤍

      I danced for 4yrs in my early 20s and you are totally right. The nights that I saw this or this dancer making how ever much more than me (even if I made a lot) it made me feel like I was less beautiful, less desired by men, not as good at my job as them. After 4yrs all I wanted was a job that I could look like crap, not tell tall tails all day and night and bring home livable money. It was great and fun. But after so long it’s emotionally taxing. Literally

      I feel old as hell as a 32, soon to be 33 year old man! Women probably feel different regarding age than men because of looks beginning to fade as they get older, and obviously some women feel older than others depending on when their looks start to leave them depending on how they look after themselves, but yeah I feel old as well!

Both stories would be valid but showing someone’s experience as a longer dancer will show you a lot more insight guaranteed. One year in is still considered very new and you haven’t developed the skill set completely needed yet.

    I've watched your interviews and liked the atmosphere, especially since the dynamic was that you listened or gave general directions or nudges to softly guide the story along. With this one it was interesting but the questions were more specific, which narrows the conservation down. This was more like a q&a where you got answers to your questions, but less about her life from her perspective.

    When i was a stripper that was some of the best years of my life and some of the best friendships i had. I hate to say this but every girl says they don’t do extras and now it’s to the point where almost every club allows it to where you have to do it to make money. If you think about it what guy would pay for some girls to just grind on top of them. some might but you won’t make what other people are making. The competition is just too hard with all the girls willing to do it.

    • @kxkaoir
      @kxkaoir Рік тому

      As a dancer I don’t do extras, never have & I won’t in the future! However, I do agree it does affect how much I make considering the type of club I work in. I work in a small club where majority of your tips is from $10 lap dances. we do have stage but there’s no rotation & most men don’t tip. we also have VIP where girls go in to do extras. it’s kind of a unwritten rule at this club that if you go in VIP you’re doing extras. With that being said, my money is limited to $10 lap dances & it definitely sucks. I’m in school full time and I stay in a small town so traveling out isn’t an option nor is finding a better club. our club definitely allows it, they even sell lubricant & condoms at the front. I make what I can make & leave. All & all it is a fun job, it works with my school schedule, & I make more money doing $10 lap dances then I would working a regular minimum wage job so no complaints.

    Why did you just say “a stripper who shares her story” … did she specifically ask you to not share her name or any of her info in the description?

      Doesn't really matter now. If she worked in Maryland, described or named clubs she worked at,shows her face in the interview, and you do the math for which years she worked,you will know her stage name & at which club she was.

    Prositution is illegal in all States with the exception of 10 Counties in Nevada right? Correct me if I am wrong.

    Making sex work legal is a way that progressive countries protect women and their rights. Equating men getting more handsy in a strip club to legalising prostitution is a ridiculous reach.

    If Nikki lived on O’ahu, Hawaii, these are the popular clubs here that she may be talking about. ROCKZA? BALLARINAS? Hawaii By Night? Femme Nu? Club 939?
