The video was good and when I use to sort the original negatives I had seen the landsborough photo that was in this video and I had also visited the old Dularcha line.
The track at 5:19 is also used in the South Australian railway stations video and is probably my favourite track throughout the old railway station series. Love the choice of music, always gives such a nostalgic vibe! 👍
Great Collection Of Old Queensland Railway Stations From Many Years Ago Very Interesting! I've Got a Couple of Train Hobby Publications On Queensland Country Railway Stations!😀🚂🚇🚆🚃🚃🚃🚃🛤️🏚️🐂🇦🇺
Extremely interesting for me an old Trainspotter as l am a European a Brit but l live in France near to Paris and have Australian friends in Caboolture
Maryborough station in Victoria was a large interchange station to the other nearby gold mining towns. The picture used here is definitely the Victorian one. Maryborough station, Queensland was a terminus at the end of a spur line from the main line at Baddo.
Fantastic collection of photos 🤩 They looked so much better then than they do now. Love the music too. 👍💕
Thank you.

8:59 Linville Station, photo taken around 1964, judging by the Holden(sedan, station wagon or ute) parked at right of frame.
👍

That photo is more likely Harrisville station and not Charters Towers as mentioned at 1:35, for anyone wondering!😃👍
Thank you.
It's remarkably similar to 5:50.

Got to say, those platforms aren't very high off the ground in Queensland, compared to those in NSW or Victoria.
@Neil Forbes and still is instead of stepping across as you do in Victoria and new south Wales in Queensland you step up and down
Hello Leslie, Great memories of yesteryear only if they could return to the good ole days from a Brizzie 65 year old boy Thank-you for sharing.
No problem, my friend. I would like to return to those better days.
Harrisville and Charters Towers station Photos are exactly the same photo..........
*WHOOPS!!!!!* This is the *VERY SAME PHOTO* at 5:49 as that which was labelled as "Charters Towers - Year unknown at 1:36.
The date of around 1947 of the photo of a C17 coming into Roma Street is not correct.
It is before the "New Long Distance Station" was opened in 1941.
Thank you for correcting me, Arthur.
Enjoyed this immensley well done
Thank you.
1:36 The phot of Charters Towers station would be of the 1930s, judging by the estimate vintage of the ute parked in the centre-right of the shot.
Thanks for posting
Pleased you liked it, John.
Good variety LES, but you have duplicated one image at 1.37 charters towers and 5.46 harrisville..
I tried not to, Graham. Might have been tired when I saved it. Thank you for noticing.
@@rangertocpt The goods shed was still there when I passed through there not that long ago.
@@gomer6477 Interesting to know. Thank you.
Same Cleveland
The Maryborough station looks like the Victorian one which was huge, the Qld Maryborough is an island platform
I wasn't aware that there were two. Thank you.
