Its a wrong assumption, A negligence & rash driving on the part of driver. 2 moths back how in a BMW car accident in Koramangala took away 5 young people only because of drunk & rash driving. Company can b Maruthi. Innova. Santro.or whatever. must understand life is preciius,

Stop blaming roads.If the driver drives recklessly and hit divider who is responsible.Yes roads are bad somewhere.But driver should drive according to the road.
