STS9 gives me a vibe I have trouble putting into words. Been a fan since 2005. Tribe gives me very nostalgic vibes and I'm able to feel the energy their songs put out 🏵️🌻🌱

i agree, it isnt too bad, its fun and after several drinks ill be dancing up and down this betch, but its just soo hard NOT to compare it to the old ABCee's. the old ending was a beautiful piece of music, just tossed away. it gives me chills just THINKING about the build up and resolve of the older versions. incredible.
or, theyre evolving and bringing down the goddamn house with horns (not seen here). its only a matter of time till they bring up a string section as well
i think the ABCees remix is a shining metaphor to the direction STS9 is steering themselves. and it's not a good a thing. i hate saying such hateful words about a group of people who USED to be my favorite musicians. but i just can't keep liking them. I feel like they've changed to cater to the kids that now flood a previously more mature scene. idk man. i just really miss my first sts9 show. and each time i've seen them since then, up to and including 4/20 in NYC i've lost more and more faith
show me a band that hasnt evolved over 15 years and ill show you a band that isnt very good. alternatively, theres no such thing as a good touring act that doesnt have "the old days were better" fans
Lord Nutzz his names Zach and you must not see them very much or listen much. Listen to him now since Alana joined them. All of them seem to have more fun playing now. Especially Phipps and Zach
