Why Box speed is best!

In general, if you are new to a certain film, film photography in general, or trying to refine your metering skills we recommend using the box speed as it will give you a much better understanding of each individual film stock, which will build a better foundation when you want to get creative and try things like pushing, pulling, or overexposing film. #filmphotography #film #thedarkroomlab

I think the film companies know best - agree - shoot it to their recommendation unless you're being artsy for art sake
