This Banshee is one of the smoothest and finest yet, powerful I've heard / seen. I have a '06 and a '89 that I am struggling to make them work as yours. I'll look into your videos and learn the most I can; keep up the good work!
Love going to Silver Lake, been going there for at least 30 years. That lake has shrunk so much since I was a kid. Was planning a trip up there over Labor Day, but I have the only 4 wheeler running right now. Brother in Laws 350 raptor carb needs to be jetted. Brothers Raptor 660 is down due to computer problems, Kaw 400 shaft gave out last week while he was blowing doughnuts. LoL told him not to, but you know how some people are. Shaft broke right on the spot, threw the bearings out too. I have a 90' Banshee and it is the only one running. It is beautiful up there though, Silver Lake to one side, and Lake Michigan to the other.
Great time of the year to ride in Michigan. Before it gets too cold. I lived in Lansing for about 9 months but never got to ride. Wish I would've made time
CrimsinTiger X They check for ORV stickers. Off-road Trail permit stick. Passport parking sticker. Also stick a pipe in your tailpipe to make sure you have spark arrestors. On busy weekends the rangers have decibel sensors and ticket people for bikes that are too loud.
Ryan Mosch You'll need an ORV sticker which you can purchase from the michigan.gov website. You'll also need a passport sticker for any vehicle parked in the parking lot (You can purchase those at the entrance). Insurance and registration is not required for ATV's. Just a flag the is the correct height, your ORV sticker and a "forestry compatible" exhaust.
There is a fence where u can't drive but u have be off of the dunes when the dnr comes thru after the sunset but u need to have state park sticker orv sticker and trail sticker too but after that its just have fun!
I live in the U.P. Calumet...I wanna get to sliver lake glad I seen this video I subscribed. Where is this Florence Place I see people talking about what happen are you Florence Wisconsin?
MarkG Only if there is a severe leak, or it has one MEAN drag engine. Stock engines only sip fuel. I usually can ride to the trail head, ride 1/2 day, and ride back without using the reserve fuel
Ary Hernandez I haven't done a helmet cam mount yet due to the conditions I ride in (A lot of low branches). This year for the dunes trip I will definitely get a helmet mount.

Dud it is so cool we have a big black track it is so cool
You should check out some of the Oregon dunes like Florence and Sand Lake
TheSPARTANkp97 Would love to ride other dunes. Maybe one day i'll have the opportunity
do they check for orv stickers? im from ohio so I was wondering it looked like they were checking for spark arrestors and axle width weren't they??

Do you think i would get in trouble up there I'm currently running a 2002 yahmaha banshee 350 twin with toomey t-5 exhaust set?
Latrell Walker Sand tires and you'll be fine.
What were they doing with the exhaust in the beginning
Anthony Bova They check to see if you have a spark arrestor
05dakota285 Yup
SparkysGarage
+SparkysGarage "why do u need a fla"
how did the blaster do?
The blaster struggled with adult weight on it. Definitely not cut out for these kinds of rides with an adult.
Were they checking for spark arresters at the start?
Nolan Alvarino Yes sir
How do I get an ORV sticker? And also the what else do I need to ride the dunes on my 88' lt250r. Does it need to be registered and have insurance?

Ok thanks, I driving there from New York so it will be my first time hitting the dunes
Ryan Mosch Just so you know the out of state ORV licenses are much more expensive than standard licenses.
How much is an out of state orv sticker?
man this is quiet i can barrely hear witht he volume turned all the way up but nice vid none the less
I had to use the waterproof GoPro cover. There is no other option. Can't risk ruining a $300 camera because of some water..
Turn your computer volume up. I had no problem hear it.
Hey man had a question only one light on my banshee works any help? Thanks
andrew nunez Replace the blub
I've never rode dunes before I heard it's fun. Are there any restrictions on what you can take or?

Racing _52 4 hours from me as well. Detroit area.

What it the top speed on that thing
TheOneWhoPlaysMinecraft Around 85mph
How long does a tank of gas last you?
MarkG 1/2 day of hard riding
SparkysGarage
That's pretty impressive. I always thought that the banshees drained the tank after only an hour or two.
MarkG Only if there is a severe leak, or it has one MEAN drag engine. Stock engines only sip fuel. I usually can ride to the trail head, ride 1/2 day, and ride back without using the reserve fuel
Nd your top speed only 85mph?
Latrell Walker Around there. Im down a tooth on the front sprocket so its geared for low-end.
betofl and video thneks
looks different everytime
What happened sparky? Videos all jittery. :( Oh yeh I can hear you heart beating ahah! 5:30 onwards
Rough sand. Not a lot I can do about it
SparkysGarage I understand, but I meant the actual video FPS is bad. :(
UA-cam only allows 30fps and my editor and gopro are set to 30fps. Don't know what the problem is.
you need to get a helmet cam its much less shaky
Ary Hernandez I haven't done a helmet cam mount yet due to the conditions I ride in (A lot of low branches). This year for the dunes trip I will definitely get a helmet mount.
too many restrictions here, I like it in florence better.
Aluminum Cloud Florence where that state?
bad graphics too shaky
+Adrian Wojcik Rough ride, no way to smooth it out.
