Loved the video. Once I finish rebuilding my greenhouse I will be growing some of these. I should have the video series of the builds done in a few weeks and then I will be starting plants in there.

I love your videos! Thank you for the useful info as resources on these vegetables are limited.
One question. My ridge gourds are growing well and blooming. However the female flowers are not blooming. Only the males are opening, several dozen every night. But the females are remaining closed. What can I do? Thank you!

Watched your luffa and winter melon video. I am wondering what kind of watering schedule you use. Some vegetables (e.g. tomato) likes deep watering every 4-7 days, as daily shallow watering is not good for the root. Other vegetables (e.g. Spinach) needs daily drink. This is the first time I grow luffa and winter melon and I have no idea how to water them. We have no rain here and the day time temperature is normally 80-100F. Thanks.

Hi Asiangarden table2 I'm very much interested to buying angled luffa seeds and some other Asian vegetable seeds from you. but I have a couple of queries. do you sell the same variety of seeds that you grow and secondly the shipping cost, will it be very high as I live in UK? if anyone has bought seeds from you earlier who is from UK then you might know it.
I watched your every single video & they are brilliant, many thanks!

Very excited for your cooking videos to come out. Trying to eat healthier, and want to try new things. I have sweet potato, and want to try the shoots, but they do not look like the same variety you have. Would they still be OK? I think you said they need to be peeled. Please consider including directions such as this in your cooking video, because Americans in general have a different diet, and like me, do not know how to prep, and cook veggies that are not as commonly eaten. Thanks for doing your work. I appreciate you!

Hi Janice. Any sweet potatoes shoots and leaves are OK to eat. The texture and flavor may be a little bit different. I will have videos about how to prepare and cook them when the season comes.
      Don't forget to follow up:)

It is actually called "twine". Here you can find it in Homedepot.

Female flower usually has a baby gourd under flower leaves while male flower does not.

Male flowers are in clusters, the females are alone.
