Watching this first thought was what a tease mentioning a new property we haven’t seen seen , second thought was god I hope he cuts any trees down he needs to before showing us , third thought was answered when you went there and I saw the water :) . Cottage grounds looking better every video :)
Good Morning 🌅. That really looks like some nice loose dirt. I had a co-worker hit the back of my truck and it put a hole in my air line for my tailgate, so I had to get back to the shop quick. That wasn't fun. The new property is going to be nice 👍.

We have clay dirt here in Waxahachie, Texas too, it's the most difficult dirt to dig in.. but wet, it's a mess..Great looking property and I love seeing the waterfront...Good job💓
When you're filling in the low spots to make it level, how do you know that you're not blocking the normal drainage path from the property to the lake? It's a little hard to see from the camera's view on the television. Even though you're filling it in is it still sloping towards the lake ?
Not sure if you have covered this before, but I am having trouble deciding between the exact three machines you have - 080, 95, 80. Do you have a favorite based on the work you do? My application is different, but I'm looking for input just based on your experience now that you have had them a while. How do they compare with lift capacity & stability, etc Thanks
Ok so they are all sort of the same but different. The 95 is the most stable and powerful but the least reach. The 080 has the most reach but most tippy. I’d say the sany 80 is the best all around.

Do you find the Sany 80 to be much stronger/stable than the 080 or are they pretty comparable? Pricing in Maine is $125 for Kubota and $110 - same dealer has both now.

It is Oct 20th and the temps here in the UK is at 17.C as I speak. I have never known such temps here at this time of year and it doesn't look like it's gunna change anytime soon. Our Prime Minister here has been forced to resign after just 45 days in office. It looks like a change of Party on the horizon. Labour party will take over and do the same damn thing this goverment has done. We are expecting riots soon because of the collapse of our economy. Sceduled blackouts have already been announced. 3 hour periods 4pm to 7pm. to take the strain off the grid. The same thing is happening all across Europe. I hope I don't run outtu beer. lol. All good fortunes to you and your family. 🐸

As much as possible it will. The reason why that one spot is so wet is because the shore line is much higher.
When will the cottage be ready to rent? Will it be listed on a rental site or privately?
Next summer. That is undecided at this point. May try private first
