The summer Hikaru died sounds good! All the horror does 😃I love your cockney British accent and the Russian one 😂😂You are looking stunning as always 😍 x
I finished Boys in the Valley last night and gave it 5-stars. I read it mostly in the dark on my kindle and that def set the tone. It also played into some of my personal fears, as I find religion scary AF, posession scary and children scary. It also had a classic horror feel to it, which I love. I hope you end up having fun with it, bb!
yessssssss so excited!! I loooved Boys in the Valley. It's religious/possession horror, which I am sure isn't for anyone, but the writing is top notch.
My daughter went to Otakon today and bought PTSD Radio and I was like that sounds familiar and then I remembered you talking about it and how you had nightmares lol. I told her I want to read it too 🤣
We love horror Jordaline🙌🏽🖤 I have several of these on my TBR! I’m hoping to read Tomie soon! It’ll be my first manga ever! And you got me adding several more horror mangas to my TBR👀
I am also in my horror era. I went onto your goodreads and found some of your higher rated horror and added to my kindle 😂 I read Kill Creek by Scott Thomas and really enjoyed and The Haunting of Hill House by the iconic Shirley Jackson and loved it way more than expected, so thanks!! I have way more to read!
I just finally got The Haunting of Hill House can't wait to read it. Reading it in August for Jan's Full Moon Readathon. We Have Always Lived in the Castle was a 5⭐ all time fave and I'm expecting the same for HH 😁
@@the_eerie_faerie_tales I think you’ll really like hill house then! Shirley Jackson’s writing and characters are just as good! Don’t go in expecting anything from the show, they are nothing alike!
I fucking love horror manga so much, and I DIDN'T know about PTSD Radio, so I just immediately bought a copy--thanks for the recommend!! (Also, for whatever it's worth, I thought BOYS IN THE VALLEY was a super gnarly, good time. I hope you enjoy it!)
I know you’re back into your horror era when your mob boss talking to Philip Fracassi sounds a lot like Count Dracula!😉😂 I read his book Shiloh and it was so visceral and unique. A trippy take on the Civil War.
I really liked Boys in the Valley, I have a severe religious childhood trauma and this book for some reason managed to touch me in a way other horror novels about the same topic couldn't, it's one of my favorites of the year already. I know this is a very personal thing, but I really hope you enjoy reading it 🤣🤣
I totally thought you were talking to me, like girllll my name is brittany not tiffany 🤣🤣🤣👀 I am SO HAPPY youre back in your horror era 🥹🫶 its been lonely here 😅
By Ronald Malfi I would highly recommend the book of 4 novellas, Ghostwritten. It’s easy to read and gives you an idea of the different ways and points of views he can tell a story from. First story is a female POV and a bit witchy imo
I'm curious about whether the title (Camp Damascus) is inspired by the Syrian capital city, which might seem a bit unusual for a book title. Nevertheless, the plot does sound intriguing!
So glad Horror Jordaline is back!
Same. 😍😍😍😍🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹
I'm happy to see you talk about any horror content, whether it's BL or manga or novels, so bring it on!
Loving this orangey coral blush!
We Patrons are absolutely not in a cult of any kind. And Jordaline is 100% not making me write this. 😂😂😂
Well this is perfect because I am also back in my Horror era 👻🔪
Yay!!! I’ve been patiently waiting for the horror era to return!!! Yaaaaay!!!! 👏🏻 👏🏻👏🏻
I've been building up my Horror genre recently with novels, novellas, and short story collections. I can't get enough 😈

The author of Camp Damascus - Chuck Tingle - is also known for his 'wild' gay erotica 🤣
My parents hired someone to kidnap me from Jordaline's patreon and "deprogram" me.
And we miss you every day Jonathon 😢

If you want angsty MM romance novels by an own voices author, HIGHLY recommend Tal Bauer. His books are fantastic.
Second this !
Love his work
Yeesss I am in my Tal era right now!!!
I loved Boys in the Valley! I think you will. The ending in my opinion was perfect but I can see why people didn't like it.
Horror Queen is back 🥰

100% yes on your BL analysis!! Except for danmei (Chinese BL novel genre). Maybe something to explore to cure novel reading slumps?

It's damn-ass-kiss. You got this.
Have you read ‘The Monster of Elendhaven’? It’s gay whale punk horror with monster boyfriends and seems up your street.
I loved Boys In The Valley!
I think you should do all your vids with a Victorian chimney sweep child voice henceforth
“You’re taking the piss father” 😂
