Hallå - my names is Charles Säter. My family was originally from Norway and migrated to Sweden. We've been here in the United States for 300 years and I am really enjoying your Sweden videos - Thank You!
My father-in-law was Swedish and his mother used to be one of the cooks for Queen of Sweden (so I'm told). He was a fabulous host and made delicious Swedish meals. RIP Far ❤
When I visited my brother in Sweden as a teenager, he introduced me to IKEA. Since then, I have been to IKEA stores in many countries and they all smell the same. 35 years later, we finally had an IKEA in my city. The first time I walked in I just stood there and sniffed. Yes, it had the correct smell. As I watched you walk around the store I swear I could smell that smell. Smells make very strong memories, don’t they? Thanks William.
A friend of mine and I drove from Germany up through Denmark and Sweden...went camping. I have no clue where, it was 2008. The best part of IKEA is the food.
I loved this video. My mother was from Sweden - Dalarna province. She emigrated to America at the age of 25. Growing up in the America we ate all of the foods in William's video. Very nice memories, especially this time of year. Thanks for posting.
The food looked great. We just got an IKEA store a few years ago but we don't have buffets like you do. Nice video. Thanks and take care. Karen from Canada.

Great to see your home town. Beautiful scenes, William. Your mom looks like a very lovely person. BTW, it would have been sooo funny if you tested the beds in IKEA🤣
Oh my, this almost made me cry. My grandpa was Swedish and would take us to the Sweden Inn...I think it was called. in Southern CA many , many years ago. A favorite memory. I don't think our IKEAS have this complete of a dining experience, or is this just for Christmas. I need to check it out.
Great video ! After you mentioned looking for the bed department I was hoping for some 'bounce testing' lol. Your Mexico videos have inspired me to visit the Puerto Escondido area soon, you did an excellent video there btw. Keep up the great work !

Happy New Year! William great video is your hometown Sweden. I dream to go there some day. I want to say you look like a lot my cousin Bagrat. His mother was Russian and his father Armenian my uncle, my father’s brother. My cousin passed away in Army when he was 18. Very sad. His tent got in fire and he rescued many of his friends soldiers He was kind, fun to be with and adventurous, very looks like you. So I watch and enjoy your videos. Have a great time in Sweden beautiful country!
You wouldn't believe it, but in many Spanish-speaking countries, including Mexico, one of the typical Christmas dishes is Bacalao Noruego (codfish from Norway, if it's not from Norway, then it's not the real thing, it's fake) Your neighbor's influence.
You missed the Ikea bed bounce test. It would have been hilarious to see that. Or drone shots to find your way out. Lol. Maybe next time. Do you have an idea what country your going to go to next? I sure enjoy watching your videos no matter where your at.
I have already wanted to visit Sweden, but can't quite afford the time and money that it would required to do so. So, to satisfy my Swedish cravings in the meantime, I plan to go to the local Ikea on a snowy day and get lost inside the showrooms for a while, and then enjoy a delicious Swedish dinner in the cafeteria, all the while imagining that I am actually in Sweden.
Another very interesting video William, made me wanna go visit my local IKEA, lol.. Although you have such more variety of foods there. Please tell your Mom Thank You for raising such a giving person, watching your videos has gotten me thru some rough times..
