when i tested the hardness of water using the test sheet, 4 blocks turned completely red but the last one was not completely red, it had a little green portion left. should i set the salt level at 4 or 5 in this case? currently it is at 5, i tried to change to 4 but the regeneration switch was not turning at all (i tried using a screwdriver but not turning). pls help
