Who is Shigi Hutuhu? According to the "Secret Legend of the Mongols", Shigi-Khutukhu was the son of a noble Tatar. In early childhood, in the early 1190s, his parents were presumed to have died or disappeared during the battle between Tatars and Mongols. and he was discovered by Temujin's people, and he was adopted by his mother Oelun. Growing up, Shigi-Khutukhu turned out to be well versed in matters of customary law and made a significant contribution to the creation of Yasa in the early years of the Mongol Empire. He is considered the author of Yasa. In 1206, Genghis Khan appointed him as a judge, and Shigi-Khutukhu dealt with clerical issues, maintaining close ties with Eluy Chutsai. In 1221 Shigi-Khutukhu led the Mongol troops in the battle of Parvan against the forces of the Khorezmians led by Jelal ad-Din Manguberdy, but suffered one of the few defeats during the war. however, I will say that the place for the battle for the Tatars was extremely inconvenient. Shigu-Khutuhu was further appointed by Ogedei Khan as the supreme judge of Northern China.

Unfortunately, I was up against the fence during the show and couldn't move around. Being that close accentuated the drums more than the other instruments and vocals. I also love Galaa's deep vocal growls 😍
