    INGREDIENTS:
    Serving: 3-4
    🔴 FOR KOFTA:
    Fish - 400gm (boneless)
    Onion chop - 1 small
    Hari Mirch (Green chilli) chop - 2
    Hara dhaniya (Coriander leaves) - 1/2 cup
    Salt - to taste
    Roasted Chana powder/ Roasted Besan - 1 & 1/2 tbs
    Adrak Lahsan (Ginger garlic) paste - 1/2 tbs
    Lal mirch (Red chilli) powder - 1/2 tsp
    Nimbu (lemon) juice - 1 small
    Egg - 1
    Garam Masala (whole spices) powder - 1/2 tsp
    🔴 FOR GRAVY:
    Oil - 1/3 cup
    Zeera(Cumin seed) - 1/2 tsp
    Hari Ilaichi (Green cardamom) - 3
    Badi Iliachi (Black cardamom) - 1
    Tej patta (Bay leaves) - 2
    Laung (Cloves) - 4
    Dar chini (Cinnamon stick) - 1 inch
    Onion paste - 2 medium
    Adrak Lahsan (Ginger garlic) paste - 1 tbs
    Lal mirch (Red chilli) powder - 1 tsp
    Dhania (Coriander) powder - 1&1/2 tsp
    Haldi (Turmeric) powder - 1/2 tsp
    Garam Masala (whole spices) powder - 1/2 tsp
    Tamatar (Tomato) - 2 medium
