I am Japanese living in Japan. Last year I went mountain stream fishing with my seven year-old granddaughter. It is a very wonderful healing space to play with fish while touching nature.
In new Zealand we have small streams as well and it doesn't matter if you catch anything or not, it's just great to be in such a beautiful place casting a fly. Its a good idea to file the barb down on the hook to help look after the fish.
Great video there, enjoyed the fishing experience and the great scenery of the stream! It's nice to have the water all to yourselves, it makes the experience I think more rewarding!
Those are some really nice wild browns populating that beautiful stream. The ecosystem must be fairly robust to support those beauties. Thanks for sharing.
Very nice! Of course this area is beautiful, the southern Appalachians is my neck of the woods, it never gets old. Oh by the way did I forget to mention the beautiful brown's? Excellent video, I enjoyed watching. 👍👍
Damn makes me so jealous. You’ve got so many beautiful streams near you. Here in Missouri we have some nice trout streams. But mostly all small rainbows in the wild streams. We do have one of the last strains of the mccloud River redband rainbow which are just beautiful fish.
Thank you for another fantastic video ! Those were definitely some beautiful Browns with those deep red colored spots and as usual I enjoyed your selection of music. I liked the commenting grandfather who with his 7 year old granddaughter loved your video. It is also great to see your Subscribers are increasing. Well done and deserving with all that you do and what goes into creating your finished videos !
Fantastic, RESTFUL video. Man, I wish I was with you guys. I ama salt water guy, but this fishing looks like so much fun!!! Interesting technique and equipment. Is your line weighted? Are these good eating fish??
BANGER!!!! Absolutely loved this intro. Great drone shots, music, and fishing. Great job fellas. Can't wait to watch it all. Looking forward to you coming out on top out there this year. I know it was tough sledding to start the last time. Tight lines fellas!
I just posted an hour ago and since have found much clearer water, prettier trout (brookies), and prettier landscape on one of your videos about 6 months ago (The Most Beautiful Fish on Earth Live Here!!! (BIG BROOK TROUT). Frame 16:20 on that video is ideal. Few know such places exit in the US, let alone in Southern Appalachia.
Wow, amazing. I don't know of any streams in N Ga where you can realistically catch wild fish over 9 or 10". Tons of wild fish in the 5 to 6" range though. I guess that's why people don't talk about these streams.
Love your vids. You guys are far better trout fisherman than I am. I guess my question is why go streamer on a small river that a nymph would probably do the job. I get you don’t know the potential on a stream until you chuck a streamer. And I’ve seen the monsters you’ve got on streamers. On some streams. I guess my question. Is are you throwing streamers on a stream like that to gauge the potential of the large fish on a stream? You don’t know all that well. I will usually nymph a smaller stream. But on an exceptionally look hole might tie on a streamer. Just picking your experience. If willing to share your tactics.
1:40 dang that's a beautiful pool. Makes me want to grab my mask and snorkel. I'm sure it was cold though 😂. N/NE GA is the best. Seems like everybody skips it for NC and TN. That's fine by me 👍.
It's because streams like this are a secret in N GA. I can go to any well known stream in the Smokies and catch wild fish like this but in N GA 9" is a trophy for me.
Yo yo! Thought I’d ask… You guys said I’d won a price a couple videos ago, you left a number to text, which I did, but no reply. Hmm.. amazing video guys!!! 🔥🔥

Very interesting vidéo. I live in France with lot of little rivers. Please could you tell me the reference of the streamer or website where I could find it ? Thanks
Hey I’ve seen you use a lot of different Risen gear. would you and Andrew do like a review video on your Risen stuff there just isn’t many decent videos on them especially like the Gideon reel I’ve seen you use
Great video as always! Me and my friend are going to Davis West Virginia in June. Do u know of any creeks, rivers, or streams that have native brook trout and/or wild rainbows and browns?
Really pretty place I love it. Ok need your opinion. When I’m fishing streamers I often wonder how long I can hit one spot before it’s for sure time to move on. I only ever question it because there’s sometimes a fish who smashes it right away, but then there’s sometimes that fish that you’ve finally ticked off enough to hit the streamer. Any thoughts on that from anybody would be a nice insight thanks.
I don’t spend much time in a spot if I’m streamer fishing. I’ll make a few casts each likely holding spot, then change positions and maybe swing it through the same spots and move on. Streamer fishing (IMO) is a game of moving water and looking for active fish. If you want to slow down then switch to a nymph
A few years ago, I drove from Texas to Blue Ridge, Georgia, to go to Bill Oyster's school to build a bamboo fly rod. Wonderful experience and beautiful country. Didn't have time to fish but always have wanted to come back for that. I believe the name of the place that has great browns is Nantookala or something like that. Northern Georgia.
Do you disclose the creek location ? Or any surrounding county or names ? From North Ga myself the reason I’m asking a lot of browns almost seems like Dukes Creek to me but there so many creeks in north ga lol
I was just talking to someone the other day, I’m sure people either think the net is sick or hate it with a passion 😂😂 thanks for watching the vids tho! I actually only use the net for the smaller trout water
No exaggeration, but this river is not even qualified to be in the top 5 of the most beautiful fishing spots. If people were to see this river and other really beautiful places, for example the Vjosa river in Albania, alpine rivers, New Zealand, Scandinavia, Scotland and Iceland, they would choose these places, not a small river in a forest with a few "waterfalls".

Me and my 7 year old granddaughter loved this. She hoped you would catch a rainbow but she was happy with the b-roll. ❤
I'll try to go out and catch a rainbow trout today!! :) Thanks so much for watching!!

For sure!! Thanks for watching
Hardman fishing, awesome location and music to go with it bro.. Nice editing!!
Thank you man!
Man another bucket list trip seems there's a lot of those these days lol
Watching this in the middle of a nor'easter with snow blowing and wind howling. Would much rather be there.
Yep I’ve got about 10 inches of snow myself
It is a beautiful stream and the trout were great!
Those are respectable fish no matter where you go. the fact that you snaggled them from a small creek is the cool part.
Fantastic video. 👍 🎣 👊
Great job guys. Thanks. I've been having terrible luck getting going in Harper's Ferry. Hopefully it'll change this weekend.
such a pretty place . keep up the good work
Those beautiful red spots of the trout…as always a gougeous video.
Thank you!!
Making me homesick for old times! Great video, love the drone!
Thank you Larry! Glad you enjoyed it. I'll have to fly the drone some more for the upcoming videos
Nice video man! I really love fishing around the Ellicott Rock Wilderness.
Nice chunky browns with beautiful spots. Well done fellas!
Thank you!
Man this stream is beautiful. I fished north Georgia for many years but do not recognize this.
Good stuff!
Thank you!!

Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed
Beautiful fish and river 👍👍👍
Thanks for the beautiful scenery. Fish on
For that type of fishing you need a 2wt glass rod , you will enjoy it! 🤙🎣🇵🇷

You should go for some Rainbows and Steeles!! Clearly you can crush the browns, try the Rainbows!!

Very nice wild browns! You're blessed to be able to fish like you do. I'd still like to hear stream temps though. lol
Down that far south I'd say they were hovering around the 50 degree mark
"Legend" seems fitting. Great video as usual 🔥
Thanks great video and please keep them coming
Will do!

Beautiful fish and country!!
Always make my day. Thank you. Enjoy Georgia. Go to the Varsity and ratifying you can. Fab fast food.
Great neighborhood to get stabbed in 👍
Ill definitely have to check it out!!
This is just what I needed - some beautiful brown trout from an amazing creek! Well done! Many thanks!

Beautiful!
Some awesome looking water!!
Thanks again for another great video!
Glad you enjoyed!

Nice drone shot at the beginning!! Super cool footage.
Thank you!
Well done.
Used to stick some big bows on that stream, also crushed the browns on big stonefly patterns.
We’ve definitely seen some fish bigger than the ones we caught. But nothing crazy
That intro is so sick!
Thank you!
I like itu colour itu very beauty
Video is 🔥🔥🔥 as always. 🙌🏼
Awesome 👌
Very good, really enjoy your vids. Do me a favor and show us the flys you are using, you guys often do it and thank you.
I’ll try to next video! Thanks for watching

Loving your videos!

It is a Risen Goliath!
Great video as always! Me and my friend are going to Davis West Virginia in June. Do u know of any creeks, rivers, or streams that have native brook trout and/or wild rainbows and browns?
There are quite a few actually!! Davis/Harman/Elkins/Parsons is like the trout center of WV.
Great beautiful water! Would be interesting to euronymph some of that water. Tightlines!
I agree! I unfortunately didn't have my euro rod with me at the time
Not that you need more subscribers with as many as you got but I came from IG and subbed dope videos man 🤘🤘🤘

great video!! when is this? present time or earlier this yr? just wondering, looks like u have on lightweight waders?
This was at the end of 2021! It was like 60 degrees or so
Any recommendations on a first streamer rod type and reel?
Was wondering what the rod with the green and black grip was? It looks pretty cool..
It is a Risen Goliath!

I've noted you all use Risen gear (e.g., rods/reels) - any chance you all could comment on how well you have enjoyed their gear?
save it buddy
Looks like you are 'wet' fly fishing?
What kind of streamers are you guys using? Sorry if I missed it.
We were using a small Lazer Legal! Thanks for watching!
huge rod
Holcombs creek of warwoman rd????
What rod and weight would you recommend for a beginner for streamer fishing?
Big water of small water? For me, I use a 7-8wt on big water. Small water like this you could do it with a fast action 5wt.
Never angle fast flowing places you may lose flys. I have very bad experience of losing flys at such places
Ho visto che hai usato uno streamer con due ami e fai il catch and release?
a mio giudizio poco sportivo....
When is the winner being select for the rod
In the video on Friday I’ll announce it!
I’m in the hospital recovering from cancer surgery video is coming thanks
In the hospital recovering from cancer surgery please keep the videos comingthax can’t get out to fish🙄😥
Yo where is that stream at and one year I'll take u fishing in ga ik all the north ga streams
Most beautiful trout water on eart? 😄 then you have to visit norway
Hey good video for sure. But the most BEAUTIFUL Trout water on earth it is NOT. it was clickbait for me. Stay well :)
Fair enough, that is your opinion!! Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoyed!
What fly line do you use for your 3 wt?
Just regular floating line, and for the Euro 3 wt I use cortland mono core euro line
I would of been roasting a few of them trout up.
comme quoi sans technique, on y arrive qd même :)
Love The vids, but god damn i cant get over How ugly that net is🤣
I was just talking to someone the other day, I’m sure people either think the net is sick or hate it with a passion 😂😂 thanks for watching the vids tho! I actually only use the net for the smaller trout water
