I built something similar (inspired by you Dave!) a few years back that is a foot controller with hardcoded notes for chords. But this is another level! Never used the Eeprom library before. I thought you needed an eeprom module for that. So cool. Thank you Dave for so much inspiration for me to make about 10 arduino midi projects over the years. You have taught me so much. 👍.
The final touch for an organ-style foot-pedal-board controller would be an arpeggio option, so that hitting a note could produce either a single note, a full chord, or an arpeggiated chord. That, and full key change (not just octaves) functionality. That would be ,pretty sweet to have at your feet.
@@NotesAndVolts Got an Akai Force and use a Launch Pad Pro but neither have a pitch bend or mod wheels. Joystick would be good for the old Wavestation SR.
@NotesAndVolts He said, You must be joking son Where did you get those shoes? Well, I've seen 'em on the TV, the movie show They say the times are changing but I just don't know These things are gone forever Over a long time ago, oh yeah
heyy Dave! ive been trying to make a progammable midi controller, so that i can choose the channel and value of the midi messages on the device itself, and having a bank and preset system so i can recall them and control several midi pedals on different channels all at once, I know it's kind of a big proyect but it would be awesome if you made my dreams come true!
Fantastic tutorials! Thank you so much!

Thank you so much! Always great to hear stories like this :)
Cool bit of kit. Thanks.
Glad you like it

Great idea!
Wow Dave this is awesome😃👍❤️
Thank you! Cheers!
@@NotesAndVolts You're very welcome. Much love.❤️
Love it!
I need to build a pitch bend and mod wheel box, have you done one of those?
Maybe even add a X-Y joystick!
Good idea for a future project!

6N138 is pretty standard for this kind of circuit.
Yes it is.
Goodie
Okay but where do I get those moog shoes?! Can’t find them on google!
I'd love a pair as well. Unfortunately, they're not real.
