See -One of the high ranked university in USA (and worldwide) -You get a degree and not a diploma/certificate -It has one of the best co-op programs network (at least in the USA, no clue about canada) -As it’s new, for admission, they are not as much academic focused as the public universities in canada yet. Which means you can get in easily as of now (I think it’ll be difficult to get an admit once people know about the university more and they start getting lot of applications like other universities) -It gives you a 3 year PGWP (of-course if you complete the program in 2 years or more) -it’s located in downtown Toronto, so more networking opportunities and easy public transport. Cons: -It’s a satellite campus so it’s very small like only a floor with 5 class rooms and an open space I guess. -It’s a new university so they don’t have student insurance, fitness center, library and other tie ups as of now. (They say they are working on it) -The programs (atleast project management) is not completely on-ground, it’s a hybrid course. Mostly electives courses are online. (But more than 50% program is on-ground which makes you eligible for PGWP) -Its a private university and not public, so as of now they are not listed in eligible universities for PNP(provincial nominee program) -April 2020 was the first international cohort, so we still don’t know about the job opportunities after graduating.

Actually it's College of Professional Studies. Only the MS in Project Management and MS in Regulatory Affairs comes under PGWP in Northeastern Uni, Toronto Campus. Hope this helps :)

Course duration is 16-24 months I suppose. It'll be counted for 3 yrs pgwp. Don't worry.
