The Charles Manson sample makes sense in the world of cyberpunk & due to genre change & the progression of experimental music, cyberpunk could be used to show weirder parts of culture reflected in music that is considered unusual. Death Grips is perfect for that especially with its mix of rap, industrial sound, & noisecore. Its music that let's out anger especially within the late stage capitalism of cyberpunk.

@@alshabib5849I think it’s because MC Ride’s music is industrial but still very punk in nature. I feel that fits perfectly for the cyberpunk feel instead some retro futuristic music.
I think it fits. Even though the music in the game is inspired by music of real rebels, the world of cyberpunk is so corporatized that even music supposed to be about fighting the systems becomes a tool of the system.
because it's still the same as today? I know wars have been fought and the culture has changed but the music wouldn't probably sound that much different, especially the mainstream stuff you would see on car radios. Stuff like barrio fits perfectly.

throw me some ideas for mashup with death grips
ничего охуительнее не слышал
Literally anything off the OTXO soundtrack.
Duality by Slipknot
Cigarette Wife and Guillotine? Perhaps throw in some Kentucky Meat Shower and Kolibri, perhaps a bit of Klink, in general, Signalis and Death Grips probably go together well, I think.
lord of the nether
If you could make MC Ride in Cyberpunk, he'd start the game with cyberpsychosis. Absolutely no modification yet, 100 organic.
if only such a thing was possible in 2077
"You're... How're you experiencing these symptoms from basic neuroware?"
"I'm noided."
@@major_havok7854 he'd find a way
@@major_havok7854 With the new Lucy npc mod, I wouldnt be surrpised if we could see MC Ride in 2077 lmao
basically adam smasher
I RUN THE AFTERLIFE, GUY!
I DECIDE WHO DOES WHAT AND WHERE THEY DO IT AT!
I MAKE THE EDDIES MAN
@@operator666 Ohhh pinned comment! Hats off to you, sir. This mix is as fire as the Arasaka tower on 2023.
The game is mine. I deal the cards...
WHAT, AM I GONNA RUN AROUND ACT LIKE I'M SOME CORPO, FOR ARASAKA'S EDDIES?
I MAKE THE EDDIES MAN
Death Grips always struck me as cyberpunk music. This fits so well.
we drop neutron bombs from the tower lmao
If anything is so raw about this, it is the *"I AM THE GOD OF HELLFIRE"* here. You made it to the next level.
That's a fantastic old music reference, very cool
@@WarlordM Not sure where the original reference came from, but I definitely heard that same line in "Fire" by The Prodigy back in the day!
@@fcon2123 it's from the song Fire by The Crazy World of Arthur Brown
This describes my melee crit fire build lmao
Well johny silverhand takes nuke with him.
I think death grips would fit so well in the cyberpunk radio stations
Alternative Title: "Play to Scare Away the Hoes"
Baded
Who needs hoes when you've got cyber augmentations?
That "Fuck where you're from. Fuck where you're going. It's all about where you're at" hits hard.
1:23 "We drop like neutron bombs from the tower" shit hits harder than Arasaka
literally the most fitting line especially with this song 💣🏙️🦾

This is what to listen to when clearing rooms in a target rich environment.
Funny, this is what I listen to when I make said same rooms dirty with the guts and gore of rich people

Imagine if instead of Johnny being in the artifact it was MC Ride.
Arasaka would have a LOT more to worry about, because Johnny is somewhat reasonable. MC Ride is straight noided
@@The_Vent_Goblin He's also apparently genuinely a nice guy. Could you imagine how unstoppable V and Johnny would be if Johnny could actually hold down a friendship?
it is ridiculous how good this is time to listen to this in loop for the rest of my life
glad to see the mashup community is coming back. its like 2016 all over again
The hate filled rage and defiant urge to do War crimes this mix engenders... Noided asf i love both of these tracks.
check out OH SHIT I'M FEELING IT on Noz' channel
Is it really a warcrime if you're doing it to gangsters or corpos?
Legally, yes. Morally, no.

Banger but ngl "this a bigger prison than the one I just got out of" hits truer for the dark of NC

This is what cyberpunk music should have been, the radio stations sound like generic pop and average rock/numetal with some intentionally weird songs
unironically Ride fits the actual cyberpunk rockerboy archtype way better then Keanu Reeves

so nuclear, it blew up Arasaka tower
Once the algorithm picks this up you this is going to explode, such a good fucking mashup, fantastic work!
shit goes harder than the original lord of the game
yo this goes crazy also nice hackerman icon
Deserves way more likes/views, amazing job, really powerful mix. A little repetitive but amazing overall
For real. This got my head nodding hard. First remix I’ve heard(the original Is God tier for me) so course I gotta click it.
this slaps way harder than it should be allowed to
(still listening to this regularly btw)
The fact that we got no DeathGrips in the No Future is kinda sad
The true treasure is the DeathGrips you find inside yourself on the way!
YES MY SILLY BRAIN THOUGHT OF CYBERPUNK AND DEATHGRIPS TOGETHER
Already added this to my ingame playlist. It goes harder than any other track.
This should definitely be a theme that should play when you're doing the fight club side quests.

i hate corpos so much it's unreal
Johnathan Metallic Appendage? In this comment section? Absurd

when i was playing through cyberpunk ,death grips always hit the spot.I loved cutting heads off with an angry homeless man in the bg
Stumbled upon this earlier this week and can't get it out of my head. Stellar mashup.
I am in love with this. Beautiful work my friend.

MC Ride would fit in pretty well in Cyberpunk
As one guy mentioned.. it feels like it shouldn’t be free!
this goes pretty hard
edit:
This is one of the most *hype* remixes I've ever heard
Yeah but imagine if we got some NPC who's voiced by MC Ride, but we couldn't even know... that would be crazy. But neverheless, that mashup is godly.
Ah yes this song from his album called Exmilitech
Amazing 😩❤ hard af🔥
This fucks incredible hard
THIS SHOULDNT GO THIS HARD

This is unreal
Why does this work so well holy shit
This is probably how Johnny Silverhand rocked out when he was performing
