My son has GERD issue so I bought this online called ‘ Maorzixa xiou’ tears of Chios medium 100% natural.it’s like chewy texture not hard crystal.I am buying for first time so don’t know how it should be .whether I got genuine stuff.It sticks to teeth so how will it go to stomach .....if it had been crystal we could have sucked it like candy .Do we have to gulp it with water without chewing?

The stuff I buy is rock hard and needs to be held in the mouth for a few minutes to soften. It's quite expensive though- 10 grams for $10. It doesn't actually dissolve in the mouth, though you can grind it with a mortar and pestle if you want to swallow it whole.

I had an exploded root canal and got terrible gastric symptoms, which I'm assuming was helicobacter. Took 3 weeks of chewing 1 gram twice a day to take care of it. In Canada we have 'free' health care but no doctors....

I bought this product shown on here in the tin (mastic gum) but I not sure what to do with it
I have tried eating eat but it's like plastic when I chew on it
What should I do with it
Maybe I should have bought the capsules
I have I.B.S, Psoriasis and a Hiatus Hernia
