This is a skill level. I originally won this level on the first try, but the screen recording failed. I think this level is winnable on the first try with no boosters, although I clearly had a free color bomb to start with. You need to use the stripe faucets, which release every move, to focus on the middle column and get the keys. Strategic matches underneath the faucet you want the stripe to come out of will work here. The fish in the right column will also work really hard for you on this level.
