Dance was huge in Europe in mid 1990’s hence remix was massive compared with the original. New Jack Swing did make its mark but small compared with US, My Prerogative was a big hit in its original form. I loved Motownphilly from Boys 2 Men.

Music of this era does not seem to have the same feel or aura as it did of the times of guy,bobby,montell etc thanks again from sydney australia
I consider this original r&b version to be the building blocks for then dance version of it 2/3 years later ,i personally do like the dance version of it much much better it just fits better to it,BUT i do understand now why they kept the rapping part of it in the dance version abruptly but i don’t found that rapping part fit into the dance version at all despites the natural transition from it back to the dancing part, But apart from that i still like the dance version much much better.
