Unless you are rolling with a fat wad of CVX (probably 100k+ $ worth) you will be better off gas wise manually choosing a single bribe. the differences between returns per bribe are typically not huge as votium optimizes the votes around. so just choose a bribe in a token you like (likely - more CVX :)). UPDATE: note to self, finish the video before posting, the autocompounder looks interesting, but after Grim Im gonna stick with single bribe and no additional SC risk

So there is a way to choose from a single bribe? If it's convex, do you have to claim and restake it (guessing it's also gas intensive).
Yeah good point, will look into the autocompounder but given my portfolio size I might just choose a single bribe rather than delegating to Votium
@@tonyzhang1330 Looks like you have to claim it before the next round of bribes starts dropping - I left some token dust and I cant see it anymore, maybe its there and its just UI not showing rewards - Ill check after this round of bribes. Claim is not much more expensive than a transfer (still ouch), restake - much more. I typically claim for a few rounds then restake the bunch - so far always just going for CVX

I'm wondering, why bother covering this? Eth is off limits to even 5-6 figure savers. Look at alternatives instead on other L1 and L2's. For those that dont know, on Eth just to sign a basic contract will set you back almost 300$. And here you can making multiple transactions, probably totaling 500$
I like to make things about what I’m most interested in. Basically that means following the innovation. I’ll cover anything innovative on any chain so if you see something new/innovative definitely let me know. Not interested in covering farms that do nothing except farm
Also consider that convex has over 9000 users. Much more than any niche app, so definitely a large market and a lot of folks interested
