I honestly think the Mk III suit up is top tier. There is something so satisfying seeing and hearing realistic plates of metal together. The paint chipping and the marks where rounds connected, hell the tank round that hit Tony in the sky had shrapnel embedded in various points giving credence to actual battle damage.

@@cadenbukvich4051 I collect Hot Toys Action figures based on the MCU. I have 8 variants of Iron Man. Back in 2016, I purchased the Mark 3 diecast Iron Man figure. I’ve gotten other armors since then such as The Mark 2 and Mark 7 for example. I will be getting more in the future. I plan on purchasing the Mark 21 Midas Iron Man Diecast figure, The Mark 33 Silver Centurion Iron Man suit up Diecast figure as well as The Mark 47. Now I am a huge Iron Man fan and to tell you the truth, I’ve gotten several other Iron a man diecast figures since then but the truth is I always go back to the Mark 3. It was the first armor to be painted red and gold while also utilizing the gold titanium alloy that prevented the armor from freezing up in the high altitudes of the atmosphere. No matter how many different Iron Man Diecast figures I get, I’m always going back to the Mark 3. There’s just something about it that I love and it’s just I can’t love any other armor more than that particular armor! What’s your favorite armor?
The reason I love the MK V. The clicking and snapping of the metal mechanisms as he suits up.
The thing about iron man is that he actually has some hand to hand combat skills, hes not nothing without the suit. When he was fighting bucky and pulled out the repulsor gauntlet from the bracelet he actually went in close and fought with him hand to hand for a bit, ending up with bucky firing a shot but it not connecting. Pretty impressive.
I was a school kid, a teenager doing GCSEs when the first Iron Man came out, by the time End Game came out, I was damned by how the past 15 years has flown by with these epic movies coming out
Imagine how stupidly advanced his armor would be if he had lived for like another 20 years
Some features I imagine it would have include:
- Blink and you’ll miss it suit up sequence
- Ability to fully harness the infinity stones without taking any damage, so basically the infinity gauntlet, but anyone could use it)
- Ability to withstand almost any blow, Thanos would struggle to make even the smallest dent in it
- Built in quantum realm time machine (no need for that giant contraption they had in Endgame)
- Ability to instantly restructure itself into any variant that Tony has made, including Hulkbuster
- Energy beams powerful enough to blast a hole clean through a planet
- Entire Iron Legion built in, can be deployed directly from the suit and take full form via nanotech

He's by far the most interesting avenger, always evolving faster than any other hero. They probably had to kill him off, he was becoming too powerful and eventually would be undefeatable.
With what he makes up in the comics with the Endosym,godbuster mk 1 & 2 and hologram Armour yeah, it'd be cool but Robert Downey wanted to drop it I think. Without him it wouldn't be the same

I love the fact that each new armor has upgrades based on the tactics and encounters while in the previous version.
Mk 2: Icing problem, Tony upgrades to Mk 3 which fixes the icing.
Mk 5: First portable armor, now fits inside a kit the size of a suitcase.
Mk 7: First remotely controlled armor.
Mk 42: First armor that can be remotely summoned and assembled piece by piece.
Mk 46: Last of the "conventional" armors used. Ant-Man crawls inside the armor and partially disabling it.
Mk 47: used in combat against Thanos minions at the start of Infinity War, now fully nanotech-based.
Mk 50: used in combat against Thanos (Infinity War), the nano-tech shield can't keep up with regenerating, Tony is wounded.
Mk 85: used in combat against Thanos (Endgame), the nano-shield is now replaced by an energy shield.

He, his comedic attitude and hilarious reactions made him the best character, that was basically pulling all Avenger´s movies - and mostly alone. If you look closely at 7:37, you can see the moment that the Mk 85 nanoparticles disassemble the bottom parts of the armour first so that he doesn't make any noise when he lands. Excellent attention to detail.

Unfortunatly?... The man made a suit that could withstand the insane power of the Infinity Stones without the Infinity Gauntlet! The suit absolutely protected Tony and absorbed the insane energy. It was his body that couldn't withstand the force, even with the suit absorbing most of the energy... Even then, his suit was so advanced that he even managed to live for a brief moment after!
My favorite was the suitcase but for me the coolest design was infinity War suit.

Gems are more crystalline while stones are more carbon like. I'm not too bothered by it. Just thought I'd help clear up things. There is a difference technically but 🤷♂️

Correction: the suit did protect stark when he made the infinity snap. If it hadn't done an extraordinary job of protecting him, he never would have been able to make the snap at all, seeing as even holding a single infinity stone would have killed him.

@@desktop-master3505 No. actually I just rewatched the film today and honestly I think stark must have done redesigns of the suit in anticipation of this possibility. probably he rerouted the power of the stones back into the suit to provide some kind of energy shield to protect himself from them.
@@jasonbernard5468 well we know that any kind of metal isnt affected by any stones, for example a living being cant touch the Time stone there is a barrier protecting it, yet starks metall arms were able to place them into the nano gauntlet, with touching the bare stone. So metal isnt affected by the power of wielding the stones.
In order for the snap to work you need to have a will, but techincally nobody has ever interacted with the stones, the metall did, meaning metall transfers thoughts, so IF Tony wouldve let the gaunteltt snap by themselves due to his nano tac, He wouldve survived and the metall wouldnt even be scratched. so its only logic to me that the suit wouldve completley saved him if it was complete.
If you want more only Tony's site without the suit got destroyed.

I'm really excited to see how they will further Tony's inventions with Iron Heart. Maybe something with Vibranium. She could be introduced into Black Panther 2 as post credit scenes. I think this will happen because of Falcon's wings also being Vibranium and it being available to other Avengers. Considering Pepper is still alive and having a suit, the two of them might bond and can help design newer suits. This can also fit into introducing older Morgan Stark(deleted Endgame scene in the Soul Stone). MCU has sometimes altered the story to the comics so they might just make Morgan Stark, Iron Heart. Which honestly would be really interesting.
The best thing I love about Iron man is that he is a normal human underneath the armor unlike most of the other superheroes who are superior species or has superior physical capabilities due to accidents, experiments etc. He is also one of the best because I believe he is the true representation of a very powerful human. A human who purely with his intelligence and capabilities built such great technology and kept improving it and modifying it to its best. Ant-man is a regular guy as well, but the suits were not his own creation....he was more like a pilot that was riding the plane made by someone else......A extremely good pilot at that. I just love Iron man so much!! It is honestly more satisfying at times when we realize that he is standing amongst other superheroes with superpowers purely from his own effort and hardwork.

The Mark V Briefcase Suit is definitely one of my favorites. I love the armor’s red and silver color motif but if I had to pick my all time favorite, it would have to be his last suit of armor, the Mark LXXXV. I absolutely love how the Mark LXXXV has that classic Silver Age Ironman Steve Ditko design and look. Not to mention the fact that by the time Endgame rolled around, Tony had basically perfected the Vibranium nanotech that he started to experiment with in Avengers Infinity War. Robert Downey Jr is the definitive Ironman and for that reason alone his character will be greatly missed as the MCU continues to move forward.

The older non nanotech suits actually have pretty realistic joints. They use overlaying and interlocking parts that can slide past each other like medieval armor.
Frankly, i don´t understand, how he´s still alive. After taking the shot from the tank in the 1st Iron Man movie, he should became a red jelly.
