I was lucky enough to see them at Austin last March, the Descendents and Adolescents as well, and I must say, I reached out my hand at front row and touched one of Keith´s dreadlocks...it was amazing!
IF I knew Circle Jerks were playing, I would've bought a secondhand, ultra-expensive ticket (because it sold out quickly) and gone to this! It would've been a full circle...I was one of 40-50 that saw NOFX in San Antonio at The Bone Club in the 80s on their first tour ever. Two great local bands, Marching Plague and Fearless Iranians From Hell opened, which is why most of the 200 or so came to the show. Scared Straight, a _fantastic_ California straight-edge band, played third. Being a 4 band gig, it was late when NOFX began, and only 50-75 people remained. They were killer, NOFX were more hardcore then, but the small crowd sucked.
Don’t really need to. Older acts don’t need to be making new albums unless they’ve got something really captivating and new to bring to the table. Otherwise, let the young bands have at it.

The Circle Jerks have the drummer they need in 2023. This is a damn fine year, for that alone
Finally saw them for the first time two nights ago. Holy shit what a show! The pits were amazing! Can't wait to see 'em again!!
I seen them when I was 17 years old at the Cadillac club I’ll see them again in 2 months! 47 years old😂😂😂😂😂
your math must be off... 50 years ago they did not exist yet

Good to see Greg Hetson out there.
Had the pleasure of seeing these boys in London last august, can’t wait to see them again 🇬🇧.
I've loved this band for so long❤
You are a great man. thank you!

That drummer is FUCKING GOOD!
Joey Castillo is also the drummer for The Bronx
@@jasonmachula1472 And the guitarist Greg Hetson plays for Bad Religion.
@@BW-kv9wj he used to. It's been a while.
@@jasonmachula1472 He doesn’t play with Bad Religion anymore when they do shows???
@@jasonmachula1472 Last time I saw Bad Religion was in 1985 at Fenders Grand Ball Room in Long Beach.
Fucking Legend, NO FRONTING HERE. Major influence and exposure for me to the extreme side ....Brett Eriksen {DA}
Love of the craft

The dude with the tri hawk is rocking
cell phone punk rocker, as long as he caught it on his phone he's good. waste of a nice mohawk!
NOPE NEEDS TO SHAVE THE SIDES
Joey C is the perfect drummer for this band.
incredible man
Fletcher jamming out to live fast, die young. I like the Oddities album, so cool to hear something from that.
It pissed me off that Keith wouldn't even consider getting Lucky back into the band, but Joey is doing the music justice.
Always loved castillos drumming , talk about a way better band to play with than queens of the Stone Age too
Dude. I've been a professional drummer since I was in my mid-teens. It is not easy to drum like this. He's awesome. Much respect.
dont disrespect queens of the stone age buddy
One of the current best...
@@electrify2519came to post.
QOTSA was a killer monster band when he played with Josh...& he made a bunch of $ with them too
BEST BAND AT PUNK N DRUBLIC....!
Keith "Hulk Hogan Dreads" Morris
Always seems like it would be better inside a club

I love that old punk rockers are the exact same as burnt out old hippies.

@@crumbus7687 lol really?? They should of let em fight it out n make peace afterwards
@@Scum101proofwho cares, people like you go to shows for the wrong reason
What are “NRA purchases”?
A way around saying "guns", maybe. Dunno.. I'm only like 2 mins into the vid. 🤷♂️
Can't believe they haven't released anything new in 28 years...

You’ve heard of OFF right?
Listen to “OFF!”
This band needs some synching software. The vocals are like 3 tempos faster than the beat.
It’s OG punk. We don’t need that syncing click track shit. Listen to pop punk if that is what you are looking for.
castillo is no good for the jerks. Come back Kevin.
Totally agree, Kevin Fitzgerald
Big disagree. Castillo is an animal. Killed it with BL’AST and with Bloodclot.
@@theengineroom1479 yes hes an animal. But not shine with the jerks. Come back Kevin
