I'm so glad that she went with the aubergine color! So pretty! The straps on the first gown drew the eyes toward the width of her shoulders.
For me it was the neckline as well. I loved the silver detail on that first white dress and she did look beautiful in it, but the shape of the second one was so much better. And a daring colour, a real statement
My 35 year old brother died on Sept 24th, the only solace I hold is that he saved 5 other people. Five people that may have full healthy lives like this couple. Somewhere my brothers heart still beats.

@@kgrant3184 Thank you for you kind words. Yes he did donate his organs he saved five people and one of them twice. Some of his tissue will be used to help new born babies as well. I know he was happy with our choices.

I also lost my brother 2 years ago. We were so close! It still hurts really bad but when I Starr thinking of all the good and fun memories it really does help.

I so wish that everyone who has low self-esteem could be healed of it. She is absolutely stunning!
Yes a person can get over those mental barriers but it takes a lot of work(sometimes months, sometimes year- it's no time frame on personal growth) Also a person has to be willing to seek wise counsel (not even professionally perse but just someone to help them through). People often struggle the most when they isolate, having a support system will definitely help. Once her mental wellness is on track then she can deal with her health they are linked together. She's a beautiful person but size 26 is a very dangerous size. Her health could fail at any moment which would be unfortunate.

I totally understand how Heather felt. I spent 30 years of my life caring for my ex husband and family. Over that time I lost me. I’m now engaged to a wonderful man who is trying to bring “me” back. He loves me like I am, but is loving who I’m returning to being. I so wish the best for Heather. I’m looking for a purple wedding dress as well. Heather looks absolutely amazing in that dress.

I love Jo and Al and how they take the ladies thoughts and emotions into consideration and don't put them down.
They both had been/were extremely obese themselves, which is why they knew how it felt. Jo lost somewhere around 200+ pounds before the show began, and Al had a gastric bypass a few years ago, lost a ton of weight, but they didn't continue with this show. No idea what they're doing now.

I wish that wedding shops catering to larger brides had been a thing when I’d gotten married. The only place I could go to try on dresses in my size was David’s bridal. I found a dress and I liked it but I never got that “yes to the dress” feeling. I’m so glad things are changing and women of all sizes are getting the bridal dress experience.

@babyblu741 - I think they do. They have mentioned in several other videos that their main goal is to get each woman's confidence back. They've both been on the receiving end of cruel remarks from people who have disparaged their weight in the past.
