As an American, it made me chuckle how they kept bringing up that she'll be moving across the country from her family only to find out that she'll be three hours away. I completely forgot how tiny England is. If you drive for three hours in any direction from my house, you'd still be in the same state hah.
I was amazed- 3 hours is easy in the US! I just moved 15 and that’s only from east coast to the upper Midwest

In my tiny country, anything above a 30mn drive and you're already living very far from home lol.

Right?! When I moved away to Uni to live on my own at 17 it was 5 hours away from my family. Now that I'm going to graduate I'm hoping to move closer to home, only 2 hours away.
That gown was Spot On for this Bride. She looked every bit the Bride, and her Hubbie is a sweetheart. Wishing them a very happy life together.

Right! 160 miles is not that far in the US. In general I consider anything less than 60 miles local. 160 miles is an easy day round trip for a visit.
She is stunning, like model stunning. Her skin, her natural beauty, her eyes. If she isn't a plus size model I think she should be. I challenge this bride to go to a plus size model agency. Sign this girl up!

After watching a couple of episodes I can say this is the healthiest family relationship I’ve seen so far. Mother supports the choice of her daughter and no one talks bad things to the bride 👏🏼

These store owners and specialists are awesome. They make every bride to be feel amazing and beautiful. You don’t have to be a size 8 to look gorgeous on their wedding day. God made us in his image. We are all beautiful!

I don't normally comment on UA-cam videos but that bride looked absolutely beautiful. You can tell she didn't realise how beautiful she actually was until she tried that dress on. It was made for her.

Bride and dress aside, I can't get over the fact that 170 miles is considered the opposite side of the country in the UK. In the US that's just one state over and we would consider it close. (or maybe even within a state)
exact same thought. I sometimes drive a couple of hundred miles from home and back in a day's work.
In Texas that is 2 counties over.....you can't even leave the state....lol

Drove 340 miles this weekend from grad school in San Diego to my hometown to visit my parents. I could double that distance driving north and still not hit the California Oregon border.
It’s still far away though! I’m from Cleveland and a 3 hour drive would get me close to Cincinnati! My sister’s best friend lives there and they only see each other like 2 times a year

I've never worn a wedding dress. Been married, was 25 years of misery and abuse. I thank God for taking me out of it. Yet, wearing a wedding dress is something I would love to experience. I'm not holding my breath...

I am chuckling too, two weeks after I was married I left Montreal, to go to Baffin Island in the Canadian Arctic , 3000 miles away! We lived there for six years and then we moved to Africa! Y life has been fantastic! I hope hers is too! She deserves it and so does he!

I was tearing up before she even opened up her eyes to see the dress she chose because it just suits her so perfectly.
That neckline on the second dress was gorgeous on her, I loved it and then when she cried, I cried. Her veil was pretty but the dress gave her a confidence and ability to see her beauty that veil didn’t

As a Canadian it was very interesting for me when the groom said, "...move to the opposite side of the country...", 3 hours drive? For us, the other side of the country is about 85 hours. Love how perspectives change depending on where you live.
