Video of hurricane Ian slamming into Punta Gorda, Florida. Video shows extreme winds, flying debris, and power flashes as the category 4 storm hit town.
I have no words to express the horror Florida experienced with this hurricane. Blessings to all residents and hopefully they all get the help and aid much needed. You are all in my prayers.

The hurricane is gods blessings. Why you want them more blessed? You cruel person. They need Thor to save them from the evil monsters Yahweh’s blessings. Pray to Thor, maybe he can take time from saving Asgard to help Floridains

I’m in punta gorda in villa del la sol apartments off Bermont road. There’s old ppl, children, and sick ppl. I know we’re all hurting over the storm that hit us but we’re here too. Helicopters fly over us, linemen pass, and the military. We need help here. Water, ice, food, medicines. Please share, and god bless you all

I'm in Jacksonville, got a little rain little wind. Have friends in ft Myers and punta Gorda. They got slammed. Flooding no electricity no water. I've been trying to find where water will be distributed...
Wow. Destruction everywhere..something that may have take years to build,, gone in the blink of an eye. Something much like this happened to us years ago. Only difference was,, we are some many time smaller...we're back now and more beautiful than ever. Keep faith guys. God bless.🙌🙌🙌material things can be replaced....life can't.!!

This storm is a great reminder that Mother Nature is not a force to be reckoned with, and not to be controlled.
Thanks God, both of my sister houses are in good conditions! But center of hurricane was there! Only the palm tree has fell down into the pool. It was very hard time for Punta Gorda,Fl. Hurricane Ian was the strongest one for last 20 years. Yeah. Both houses were made of concrete!
This looks like Maria, when hit my beloved Puerto Rico. My family told me they can hear the screaming of the people along with the wind. We lost so many souls. I'm praying for all the people in the path of this Monster.

I just had a new metal roof put on from Elsa last year and seeing that metal roof peel off that house was disturbing.

Clearly these storms getting worse year to year. It’s beyond me why people continue to live in such low lying areas. God bless too all in any case.
Some human dwellings are a mile under water today. Entire ancient coastal cities. The sea always wins Unfortunately, nature will take our own coastal cities and the Mississippi River will expand all the way to Union County Kentucky. Miami is doomed as is almost the whole state. Paducah and the whole of western Kentucky will also go under.
No one leaves until the flooding forces them.
The storms are not getting worse. There are just MORE worse storms occurring than usual and places that rarely deal with the worst now find themselves on the new storm pattern. Even tornado alley has new parameters. The old food belt is no longer the same. It has moved by so many degrees north.
Don't blame the people blame the world's Governments for not taking the warnings of Climate Change.

Have we crossed the point of no return in terms of damaging the planet? There is no such point. We need to trust that our thought, which is our greatest quality, can change nature. We only need to understand the direction to which we should aim our thoughts. What should we think about? What condition or state should we aspire to and ask for?
In order to save our planet, we should think about positive human connections. That is, how can we, in our connections, keep nature safe? How can we all together protect our world? If we truly wish to better our planet, then we should see people holding a concern for how to positively connect everywhere that we look.
It has nothing to do with recycling or other activities that we commonly associate with as being sustainable. If we come closer to and consider each other, that we will reach an entirely organic, perfectly connected and round state, then the negative forces will disappear from the world.
We need to understand that if we start thinking better about each other, then the planet will recover from all harm, because our thoughts are the strongest force in nature. Likewise, our negative thoughts about each other are entirely to blame for damaging the planet. That is why the more we recycle and invest in energies and activities that we commonly think of as being sustainable, the worse our planet becomes. Nothing will work to benefit us until we reach a state where our attitude changes toward each other for the better to protect and improve our planet.
