Mark these words: Francis is a truly self-realised person. He is humour, great intellect and spiritual attainment all rolled in one. He also is kind and peaceful. Very inspiring. Compare with other Gurus and see the difference.

+Suman Rao some are sweet, some are sour.

True. Sour behaviour doesn't necessarily mean lack of enlightenment. But guidance is smoother in a conducive and appealing environment.

I like Francis 's sharing on his own channel. But he is not exactly "self-realised". His teacher is Jean Klean, so to speak.

Pang, Trump, for example is self-realized. The realization of the Self though, has nothing to do with self-realization

This is one of my favorite sayings. Francis is so right on in every question piled on him. I especially liked his explanation of the art and it's aesthetic and rhythmic spiritual motions. He is such s joy to listen to..
Glad he had a teacher to lead him to u's... Thank-you Francis.... 💕

21:20 LUCILLE SPEAKS ABOUT MIND AND MATTER
THE MIND IS PRODUCT OF BODY?
NISARGADATTA: Just like the wood produces fire which is not wood, so does the body produces the mind which is not the body
EXTRACT FROM THE BOOK I AM THAT. CHAPTER 46
NISARGADATTA: Did you investigate the connection between the mind and the body? At what point are they connected?
Q: Between the body and the indwelling consciousness lies the mind.
NISARGADATTA: Is not the body made of food? And can there be a mind without food?
    Q:
The body is built and maintained by food. Without food the mind usually
goes weak. But the mind is not mere food. There is a transforming
factor which creates a mind in the body. What is that transforming
    factor?
NISARGADATTA: Just like the wood produces fire which is
not wood, so does the body produces the mind which is not the body ~But
to whom does the mind appear? Who is the perceiver of the thoughts and
feelings which you call the mind? There is wood, there is fire and there
is the enjoyer of the fire. Who enjoys the mind? Is the enjoyer also a
result of food, or is it independent?
    Q: The perceiver is independent.
NISARGADATTA: How do you know? Speak from your own experience. You are not the body nor the mind. You say so. How do you know?
Q: I really do not know. I guess so.
    NISARGADATTA
Truth is permanent. The real is changeless. What changes is not real,
what is real does not change. Now, what is it in you that does not
change? As long as there is food, there is body and mind. When the food
is stopped, the body dies and the mind dissolves. But does the observer
    perish?

The question consciousness cant exist without matter. We can look at the relationship between electric current and appliances which need electricity to run. Electric current does exist without any appliances and no one has any idea of the origin of electric current, is energy made up of matter or matter needs energy to be alive. Atoms are energy and energy arises in consciousness. Consciousness is all there is. Ultimately I dont know😂

In another talk you used an example of a bird sitting on a branch and just singing for the enjoyment of it. Please check the science of what is really going on when that bird is singing. One aspect is the establishment of territory. Another is to attract the female for sex-mating. And another is a warning of violence to come if another male should show up!
And there are more. So...just saying... not a good example to use Francis.
Otherwise it is an amazing " applied philosophy" you teach and one that if enough people adopt as their Way of living will change the felt experience of this embodied moment---the emotional content of the Lila--the play we All have chosen to participate in for relief from the boredom (has to be the reason for manifestation) of the Infinite. I mean Eternity is a long effing non-temporal non-experience you fellow non-bodyminds!
Ahhhh the Joy of that non-realisation. Doesn't matter if it is not True if it works for the Temporal Entities who are in the end seeking only Happiness and not a lot of over-most-of-our-heads-Quantum Physics language.
Just say all is Love and those of us who are ready will catch it from you if you are "It" and can magnetize us with "That". A simpler language and use of parable-metaphor (akin to Jesus) is what is meant.
Thank you Francis and keep on keeping on with a magnificent expression of...?...?

that's kinda funny- this bird science draws conclusions based on observation but that doesn't mean that: 1. it is indeed true [observation is biased by the subjective nature of the observer, i.e. humans operate within the realm of cause and effect], and 2. even condoning this biased truth, science has no basis to ascertain the songs of birds are joyless. In fact it could be argued that it is the other way around- the mating/territory defense aspects are just incidental to joyful singing- who's to say?!

isn't that a miracle that one can understand anything at all? After all, what is there to understand?!
