are you sure tcs is coming in noida extention? is it finalised and have they bought land there in noida extention and their construction has started? which all other IT giants have bought lang there in Noida extention?
Better to stay on rent rather than buying at high rates. It will break builders nexus. Rents are not going to increase as more than 30000 inventories are going to come up.

Yes. My sister got married last year and my jiju is living in CRC sublimis. I have been visiting them frequently. Society is very good and what sets them apart is the Maintainence of the society which is top notch bcz CRC wants to create a name for itself. Looking at the quality of work at Sublimis I have invested in a 4bhk of CRC Joyous. Do the interior work in flat and rest everything is good and peaceful.
it is not very affordable. bahoot bekar area hai. dealers bahoot badmash hai . 10 saal se metro ko news bata kar flat sale kar rahe hai. rrts ka ab news batane lag gae hai. it is not affordable area. schools are very expensive. Aaj pehli baar didi ne sahi kaha
@@Vivek.101 people are saying it is congested, polluted etc etc as if delhi aur gurgaon may sarkey khaali padi rehti hai. office time may shayad travel nahi kiya didi/logo nay warna haalat pata chal jaati. noida extension is still the cheapest bet in delhi ncr with decent facilities, open space and greenery.

Luxury means no congestion, this should not be the logic, by that Logic Delhi and Gurgaon roads are more congested
in delhi, ip extension mai 85 ka 2bhk mil jaata hai . that location is 100 times better. yaha builders ne rate inflate kar diye hai
