    जिस जिस के फ्लैट हैं GN West में और परेशान है तो कृपया किसी को sell करके यहाँ से अच्छे जगह चले जाये और ग्रेनो वेस्ट के फ्लैट्स को सस्ता होने दे । मैंने फरीदाबाद, गुरुग्राम और गाजियाबाद के फ्लैट्स का सर्वे करके ग्रेटर नोएडा वेस्ट में फ्लैट लिया है ।

    Every location has its pros and cons ... Even Gurgaon, which is always flooded with water logging in every rainy season, has its prices sky rocketing and beyond service class reach.... wait for 6 more months ...once Noida International Airport will become operational by April End next year...the price will increase exponentially...TCS is coming with its development centre with 50k employee ..All these events generate lacs of jobs ..directly or indirectly and those employees will prefer to stay in these areas.. due to affordability,schools, markets, etc ....prominent builders like godrej and others are entering greater noida and launching their project at 15k .. they must have done the proper market research and better know the market potential.

      are you sure tcs is coming in noida extention? is it finalised and have they bought land there in noida extention and their construction has started? which all other IT giants have bought lang there in Noida extention?

    Better to stay on rent rather than buying at high rates. It will break builders nexus. Rents are not going to increase as more than 30000 inventories are going to come up.

    Luxury means no congestion, this should not be the logic, by that Logic Delhi and Gurgaon roads are more congested

    in delhi, ip extension mai 85 ka 2bhk mil jaata hai . that location is 100 times better. yaha builders ne rate inflate kar diye hai

      I have mentioned mid range flat prices where you can stay peacefully. Milne ko to 50-60 lakhs me flats mil jayenge very far from main area of greno west

    Being an end user myself I fully resonate what she has told, prices are unimaginably very high and for working class it cannot be possible to pay this price without doing a job in MNC in Gurgaon and commuting Noida to Gurgaon on daily basis everyone knows is a challenge.

      Yes. My sister got married last year and my jiju is living in CRC sublimis. I have been visiting them frequently. Society is very good and what sets them apart is the Maintainence of the society which is top notch bcz CRC wants to create a name for itself. Looking at the quality of work at Sublimis I have invested in a 4bhk of CRC Joyous. Do the interior work in flat and rest everything is good and peaceful.

      any flat you buy, check land arwa FAR, subdivision of land has many issues. Registry not easy as FAR building bye laws violation risk

      Freehold is always good but in this region most of the freehold are farming land. So be careful while purchasing.

    2 years back greno west was decent area but now there are too many buildings and construction is always going on for more buildings.

    it is not very affordable. bahoot bekar area hai. dealers bahoot badmash hai . 10 saal se metro ko news bata kar flat sale kar rahe hai. rrts ka ab news batane lag gae hai. it is not affordable area. schools are very expensive. Aaj pehli baar didi ne sahi kaha

      @@Vivek.101 people are saying it is congested, polluted etc etc as if delhi aur gurgaon may sarkey khaali padi rehti hai. office time may shayad travel nahi kiya didi/logo nay warna haalat pata chal jaati. noida extension is still the cheapest bet in delhi ncr with decent facilities, open space and greenery.
