well, Tenno's aren't Humans from Earth, Neither are Corpus, Grinner or the infested for that matter which are a amalgamation of infested corpus and Grineer. the Orokin aren't humans either, Warframes are lore wise techinally humans who's bodies were tormented and Infected to become the Warframes they are today, but aren't actually humans anymore, Loid is the first real human in the game

Orokins are humans, it was just high fashion to have blue skin and an elongated right arm and Orokin was the name for the higher class so almost all of them did it. (in current times Orokin is used to refer to the ancient humans as a whole) Corpus are just normal humans with funny haircuts, Grineer are clone warriors created from a slave to the Orokin who beat a sentient to death with a shovel. Sentient themselves are a conscious AI created by the Orokin in order to find/terraform Tau. the Infestation is a bioweapon the Orokin created in order to fight the Sentients when they rebelled. Cetus is just normal humans, Fortuna is Corpus who are cyborg-ed because debt. The Murmer are all extensions of Wally, so they are technically alien. all of the plants and animals we find on other planets were brought there from earth by the Orokin when they were colonizing the galaxy and just evolved to live on said planet.
The infested consist of at least some *former* humans and even the cephalons are former humans that had their minds turned into machines as punishment for crimes against the Orokin (see the Glassmaker). So yeah, Warframe is at least 80% humans in some form if not more.
