The All Blacks and Springboks have played 103 fiercely competetive games against each other with the All Blacks leading the series 61 to 38 plus 4 matches drawn since 1921. On the points count, the All Blacks scored 2143 against the Springbokke's 1673 which equates to the All Blacks scoring 470 more points or 68 converted tries! Percentage wise per game the All Blacks won 31% more games. Points wise the All Blacks scored 22% more than the the Springboks. But the numbers from the above record does not reflect the sweet, joy, sad but pure rugby pleasure all the Millions of rugby-mad fans around the world enjoy from a rugby game between theses two teams. I always get 200% PRP (pure rugby pleasure) from the cost of my ticket to watch them. ALWAYS !!! Lets hope to see them in the final if Japan does not intervene come September in Paris. Viva la France!!! All Blacks by 5 ponts?

So, after they did it, the Welsh crowd and team responded by spontaneously belting out a powerful rendition of their national anthem.... Land of My Fathers ...which ultimately was the moment that began the worldwide tradition of the singing of national anthems before international sporting events. The AB's in 2005 refused to perform the haka on the field before the singing of the anthems and instead performed it in the changing room before running out on to the field, with only AB's support staff and a couple of cameras as witnesses to it. I'm a Kiwi, heart and soul AB's supporter and I still think they phuqqed this one up and could've given the modern crowd a taste of a moment in international sporting history that began a global tradition.

I remember watching this as a kid. I'd heard nothing about the new haka and it completely blew me away!
