- In this video, pro basketball trainer reacts to 7 basketball training videos on social media and gives his input if they are good, bad, and how to improve on them. These drills are from a variety of different trainers such as DJ sackman, Coleman Ayers, and Bobby Whyte, and some of these drills are not good. But either way you can use some of these drills in your next workout and learn from concepts and insight I give you to build you own drills.
Do y’all want a part two??
For sure

Please turn this into a series!! this can help sooo many players/trainers in alot of different ways, Great video as usual coach, creative as hell🔥
I appreciate the comment🔥
we need a part 2! loved hearing your input and thought process of what were the pros and cons of each drill.
I appreciate it!!
Seems like an interesting series, great format, we'are waiting for next
Thank you!
challenge for trainers: pause the video before Ty comments and think about what you would comment/change and see if you're thinking aligns
Good video Tyler, thanks for your insight
Great idea!!
I've been thinking about audio cues vs. visual cues and tend to think that visual cues are more game-like, as a player is never really reacting in-game based on the auditory system. What are your thoughts on this?
They don’t react based on visual cues from a point or someone’s hand either so they essentially are very similar only difference is you can help train the eyes to look in a certain direction
You can tell this trainer is a try hard. He thinks every drill has to be a challenging drill not realizing the best players work on the basic fundamentals and the skills aspect of the game
lol
😂😂😂😂😂😂🫵🫵🫵
Yeah man. Like doesnt he every drill on form first before challenge drills.
Not in any rude way or anything but I always see nba players just doing game like shots like 1 dribble pull-ups even Steph he just works on game shots at game speed or fast
A: most of what players do you don’t get to see because it isn’t being filmed
B: of course they work on game speed shots but also curry does it very different than most players (highly variable)
C: they are also at the pinnacle, what they did to get there is usually different than what they do when they are already in the league maintaining
@@tjltrainingso exactly how should my training look like like what type of drills bc my drills aren’t just spot shooting but like moving then shooting or I add some pressure like make 4/6 too move on
