Even though the games are long, I like the pace of the game. It's still not the perfect version of WoW PvP for me (I prefer the MoP/WoD/Legion era) but it's still a fun expansion for PvP IMO.
Mostly to burn priest in deepfreeze and Control the rogue Pump the rogue Till deep is ready or make it easy and Just Play firemage Frost is Not really that great in cata
Yea not happy about the state of 2s cata. Sad to hear everyone hates 2s. Gad so much fun getting 2k on my rsham and A warr. But dam games being 10+ min looks brutal. And 3’s is overwhelming for me. Really hard to keep track of everytbing in 2s let alone 3s for me
Heal dps vs heal dps it's 10+ min every time. But geared dk/warrior/rogue can slay enemy heal with 2-3 burst. Mage can wich legendary, but must be lucky man)
Idk when Z made the callout to help finish him yall could’ve easily ended it. 12% mana is enough for some huge mind spikes into a mind blast. Holy fire isn’t even worth casting in cata dawg

Mana, mana regeneration, mana costs, and how stats and effects interact with mana already serve as a built-in dampening mechanism based on RPG values. Dampening is just an arbitrary aura that doesn't connect with any RPG aspects within the game. It is a lazy design choice by Blizzard, reflecting their incompetence and inability to balance the game effectively. Don't get fixated on the word "balance" as it works in many different ways. While you may see balance as both sides never dying or running out of mana, balance involves many more aspects. Using a system like Dampening might seem easier, but it undermines the RPG elements and the integrity of the game. It’s pure laziness and incompetence from Blizzard. Why should characters select their RPG stats only to have their abilities' effectiveness reduced over time by an unrelated aura? So, your take is stupid as you can't articulate a proper reason for why Dampening should exist outside of Blizzard's inability to balance the game properly.
@@bosssavage3325 trough all the expansions we have seen all the iterations of PvP from BC to DF and its imposible to be balanced specially in 2s in cata at least theres not a lot of homogenization in classes yet but its the beginning of homogenization in wow , cuz in MoP everyclass has everything basically u have to make the game feel fresh everytime which means changin stuff so with tier effects , PVE items , talents , classes with different types of CC its just imposible thats why meta exists/changes in games like DOTA/LOL that has like fking multiple abilitys and champions not even they can balance their fkinbg game. so ur saying an imposible and thats something i can say after seeing all the Dampening metas , or the Fast paced PVP meta its just what it is , even rogues get replaced by warriors in MoP cuz why a rogue when u can have a warrior with double stun lul more tankines and more dmg so yea. every iteration had problems in every expa and thats how META appears . also dampening would help at least in 2s without affecting the 3s balance , u cant have 3 types of PvP Games and all classes be balanced in each type , 100% even if dampening didnt exist other sht would feel fking bad .
Also. Historically speaking. Blizzard stop gaving titles on 2s back in season 7 due to having rogue+disco as the unbeateable comp dominating the bracket non stop. So really, if You want to get your titles at least on retail, go play 3s or gtfo.
