    Peel the tomatoes and add them to the vegetables.
    Salt to taste.
    Finally add the garlic.
    For the sauce, set aside 2 tablespoons of roasted vegetables.
    Add 100 grams of red lentils to the rest.
    Finely chop 150 grams of beef.
    Black pepper.
    Spread the filling over the zucchini.
    Place in the oven for 35 minutes at (392°F) or (200°C).
    Add 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt.
    A bunch of dill with parsley.
    Chop with a blender.
