What's the source of the assets? Are they public domain? Do they have some sort of copy-left on them?

This just shows how bad the Anvilnext engine is. When one guy can make something that looks better then an official Assassin's Creed game from Ubisoft. Imagine if Ubisoft had their entire crew working on this engine.
