- Here's part 2 of the trains I caught at KC Union Station yesterday. Enjoy!
A WB BNSF manifest led by another GEVO impostor Dash 9 and a Fakebonnet trailing slowly heads west

3:20 My first brand new 2500 series UP GEVO leader! As a WB BNSF manifest slows down, UP ZG4CI led by a brand new 2500 series GEVO overtakes it.

UP SD70ACe #8794 (mid-train DPU)
7:55 Awesome! As the ZG4CI ends, a WB BNSF sand train with an all foreign power lashup consisting of CP and CSX units races it! Sorry for moving closer to the overhead where it was a bit hard to see the trailing units, I thought that the lashup was going to get blocked by the ZG4CI so I decided to move to the other side and I didn't know that the ZG4CI would already clear the CP/CSX lashup's view on the other side of the tracks. At least I was glad to make this catch since it's been a while since I caught my last CP leader and the fact that I haven't caught a CP unit on video since last year Fall.

16:44 An EB BNSF sand train with a Fakebonnet leader! I haven't seen a Fakebonnet leader since last year March, so I was glad to make this catch.

Sweet catches dude!!!! My favorites are the Fakebonnets, CP leader, new 2500 series GEVO, and patched SPs!!!
CottonBeltSD40T Thanks man!!! I was really glad to catch those as well!!!
Awesome BNSF Dash 9 K5HL Horn Sound Like GEVO Nice Brand New UP GEVO C45AH 2500 Series Great Catch New CP GEVOS With CSX Power
Awesome catches and video, Shawn!!! :D KC Union Station is one of my fave places to fan!
CNSD75I Thanks Noah!!! It was a cool place to railfan, and hopefully you can railfan there sometime sooner or later
7:48 there's 8794!
8:30 nice catch of CP on the move! It's kinda hard to see CP power on the move. I first caw a CP diesel in 2007 on a union pacific train, before they bought IC&E!
13:08 the back part of an ES44C4 is raised, while it's reversed on an ES44DC!
17:14 nice catch! fakebonnets are starting to vanish along with other ex-santa fe paint...
Thanks! BNSF released their Fakebonnets out of storage few months ago. I think they'll keep them for some time longer
Good video with great catches! Well done!
Nicola636128 Thanks!
I'm assuming the train with the CP units was a transfer train.
Good stuff! I've yet to catch a 2500 series GEVO yet
KCStrainiac Thanks! Hopefully you can see one soon
It's been awhile since I got a 2500's C45AH!

Captain Justice Thanks
No problem!
I'm also wondering how many UP SD70M's have K3HL horns.
2 CP units and a CSX unit. Awesome!
Steven Huang Thanks! It was real cool to see that lashup
Your 3rd train is a CP train headed to Argentine. It’s not a BNSF train yet.
Nice series!
JAMES MARK Thanks!
