Ok but I have a question... What about the opposite party? What should've Noc / any other fed assassin do in order to win that game? Let's say this Noc played bad, but how are you supposed to use your lead as an assassin against decent players who know how to respect you?

The other day I was playing Jihn and I was r*ped by a fed Nocturne right after laning phase was over. I recall that I spent half of the game just yelling "What I am supposed to do here?". Thanks for answering my question.

You have deciions if he's stronger than you getting a stop watch then baiting him to jummp on you reveals him letting your team take him out he doesn't get his kill now his team is down a player with you as long as you aren't a feeder you should still be of some use.

This was a very educational video, that said I feel like it misses to cover some factors of other assassins. I would really have liked to see more than one example of this working out since nocturne in my opinion is quite specific in what he does. Nocturne has the highest engage threat out of every assassin in the game making him a big map threat but he is not a team fight menace like for example a fizz, Leblanc, zed, or Katarina. What I think sets them apart from a champion like Nocturne is that when nocturne goes in he does not have a real means of escape so every time he tries to solo target someone in a team fight he gets actively punished and goes down quickly. However in my personal experience, these other assains I mention can often engage a target in a team fight deal high enough damage to burst most squishies and then often get out before your teammates are ready to start unloading on them. I am sure that is less of a problem in high elo were most of your teammates are looking to punish as many mistakes as possible but in lower elo I feel like this can often be mostly a coin flip unless you are ahead enough for some really early defensive items. Then again I am not an expert and all of the information in this video is definitely valid.
When it happens i usually prey in all the language to all the gods i know, it works sometimes, the only downside is that noe i have some demon in my house, but its definitly worth it for like 15 lp

The video should be how a ad carry can fight against an assassin with the stronger team. Most of the time if I play like this my team will just lose the teamfight
this. fed assassin scores a triple kill, then my team pings me for not being there.

Suggestion: I think that the next video should be how to carry vs fed bruisers/tanks as an assassin. I think this would be a great video because tanks and bruisers have so much split push potential, and do so much more in team fights than assassins. A common mistake I find when playing is me getting a big lead, trying to solo farm and look for picks, and getting one shot by a fed Dr. Mundo cleaver, throwing my lead.
Bruiser arent that big deal since they are usually squishier than tanks. Against tank you just must build anti-tank items and not let them cc you
I feel like you could have picked tons of better examples than "fed Dr. Mundo cleaver," considering it doesn't even have any kind of scaling on it.
Even if I don't really care about improving in LoL, I only can be admirative for the work you're doing.
It's also a lesson of humility for low elo players thinking it's never their bad.

TL:DR The enemy assassin didn't specifically target hector this game except once when all of hectors summoners was on CD, which means that the fed assassin trolled his lead a bit.
Hector just didnt give him any opportunity to target him

Why would you abuse that.
Doing the same thing for the opposite would be really helpfull aswell. As an assasin player I always find myself in those situations and unless I am kassadin I am forcing myself to constantly play proactive which is (in my point of view) harder to execute.
Thing is though, the assassin a trolled a bit. Leona is a better hard engage tool, and the assassin wasn't playing around team fights where peoples skills were on CD. This was a guide on how to punish bad assassin play.
imagine thinking the assassin vs adc matchup is harder from the assassin's side.

You have to not let him do it
Actually, You can't engage on him and you don't have to engage. Keep your ulti up until enemy adc make a mistake. As long as you keep your ulti, enemy adc can't do anything but you can damage the enemy team with your skills.

Great video, but i still think if the carry and the assassin have the same skill level it doesnt matter how much you avoid it+save summoners, he will W+R+Flash insane zed player main combo 1shot you with 1 auto.
He can do that once and then you have five minutes of punishing his ass lol.
@@Nope-ln4yj That doesn't work even a little bit. The assassin's flash helps them reach you. However, if you are the one trying ot fight then assassin then the assassin doesn't need their flash to kill you.

His team was not taking any threat away. He managed to bait the enemies to always go for someone else who is out of position.

I am vayne main. I go randiun's omen to counter assasins. Might even add spirit visage. I then purposely push alone to bait them. They arrive and I wreck them.
To answer your questions before I watch the video....I think I do. I build armor or MR depending on what type of damage they do and I remind my squishy team mates to stay mid with the support because it's not possible for them to solo a side lane without getting one shot. I also buy an extra amount of pink wards in hopes of protecting my team mates that don't heed my advice and split push when I'm not on their side of the map.

It gives more farm and XP to the enemies cause the lane is constantly pushed in. It also DENIES farm and XP from you since you can't go there or you'll get collapsed upon.

Inhib is only useful if you can use that lane pressure to do other objectives and seek to end the game. But at 17 minutes there isn’t much use for it. Another issue is that super minions forcefully shove the wave, giving free farm to the enemy and denying yourself wave after wave.

but if instead of nocturne is evelynn so you cant see her since she is invisible all the time and can gank right from the lane cause yea that's balanced and even if you try to stick to your team she can still like flash e q R and then what can you do to counter it

so what does vei do this game if hector wasnt here to 1v9? where does he get farm and xp and can he ever get solo to scale faster or does he need to hug team and share xp for the tradeoff of protection and catch side waves when they hit tower the quickly regroup mid?

The issue is when the assassin gets fed he will always go for the adc cuz it’s the champion that has no way to survive. Mid can get hourglass, top is usually tank or off tank, jgl is also harder to kill. That’s why people say that adc sucks. It’s not the champions, they are strong. The problem is the impact you have. There is a sneaky clip where he has 4 full items and enemy kassadin has 2 items. Sneaky is up a fuck ton of gold and up a level, yet kassadin nearly kills him. If it was the other way around, sneaky would blink and would not be able to see himself die. That’s the issue. The role has 0 impact and if any champion is remotely fed on the enemy team u just stand no chance cuz everyone 1v1’s you( unless you are like 14/0 at 15 minutes). When you have the same gold as an assassin the fight should be close, not completely one sided.
It looks same way from the other side, like when your botlane feeds enemy adc and you cannot just OneShot it you just lose the game, adc is supposed to be glasscannon, thats just not the meta of adcs and everyone is crying but when tanks or long rangę mages are offmeta no one gives a fuck

Why shouldnt you take inhib again? 3:59 i didnt quite understand the reason why
i believe its cos breaking the inhib at 17 mins in the game doesnt really help you with much since most games arent ended by the time the inhib respawns. so breaking it only gives the enemy team a chance to farm minions that give more gold. by not breaking it, you leave them with the same amount of income, but an easier time to end when it is time to end

hectors gameplan is similar to ashe's play style, but for ashe this applies all the time whether shes ahead or not, at least for low elos😅😅
Thats why I play Kai'sa. Since I am really aggresive player Kai'sa fits my playstyle of aggresive carry. And if I fuck up I still have Zhonyas ,E, R, Flash :D

Do you guys have a video on itemization for ADCs? I have a duo who I know irl but he's ALWAYS buying pd right after stormrazor on Tristana the instant he feels a threat from anyone. As a result he has no damage mid-game. He keeps telling us it's fine, just farm till 35 or 40mins, but statistically Tristana falls off after 25-30mins. I'm not sure how to make him adopt a better build.

The question for me is not: how to avoid an assassin who has same gold / kills like I do. It is more the: how to stop the 1x / 0 midlane assassin when bot is not dominated....
okay this is nice but this still isn't quite it. my jg goes 2/16 into the enemy Zed and Kayn which remember has a 40 second cooldown on his ult. Also my top goes 2/18 against the Jayce. Yes i'm fed as adc and in a vc with the supp but what do i do?

How to carry against fed assasins: have the luck that the assa can't just oneshot you under your tower because no mid pressure , have challenger skill, be as fed as the assassin in the early game = profit.

I think this is fairly more easier since nocturne was the only assassin threat that could lockdown Hector, but Imagine having 3 assassin which are fed the fck up. And your teammate is garbage.

Enemy team will have free farm at their base and after 17 minute inhibitor gives you priority for Baron because they need to clear superminions
Then it's impossible for me to do anything at all.
My teammates usually have a mentality, that if he's behind, he's a noob, and he won't be able to carry, so i will have to.
For example, i get behind vs Cait and Lux, who poke me out in lane, then i die in 5 minutes, as the enemy jungler engages a dive, so i'm 0/1/0 and only have 30 CS, i can't really do anything, but the enemy Lux and Cait is under our tower, trying to poke me out even harder, leaving our jungler an easy gank so i call him to help. Our jungler decides, that he clears his blue and gank mid first, so i accept that, and try to survive. Notice, that the enemy doesn't have any assasins at all, but i'm still helpless. So our mid, who is ahead of the enemy, decides to help us out, but seeing that i'm 40 cs behind, and i have 1 death, he decides that "This ADC is noob, he won't be able to help us out in the late game" He comes bot, and takes a kill, (I took the other one) then he takes my farm, and tells me to leave the game, and that i will get reported for this, so i tell him to fuck himself and mute him. Then the jungler confirms in 0/2/1 that I threw the game, and it's all my fault we lose, so I'm making a pun i tell him too, to "IchiGo Fuck yourself", if we're making DitF references having 02 as a K/D, and decide to go JoJo Stone Ocean, and F.F, becuse at this point, this two would rather afk than actually let us help them carry.
The mentality here, is that "I'm the one who should carry", wich results in not letting anyone else helping. My team usually leaves me die after laning, even if i'm 12/0 because they want to carry.
Remember that you should use your summoner spells to save a teammate that's doing better than you. And especially if they have bounty gold on them.

So I yesterday hit lvl 30 and played my first match of ranked, but my teammates said I was feeding, trolling and I should kms. Should I keep playing ranked and losing to go to lower elo and mess up my teammates games? Or would you recommend playing more and more draft pick?

this is nice but totally untrue noc had some kill but he wasnt over fed and their team had a lot of kills they werent behind, he had a team dealing and taking dmg, the problem even in diamond is that u get trolls and u will have 0 8 top 0 9 mid into zed and renek for example and there's nothing u can do about that if u're 3 0 adc, even if ur entire team peels for u 1 ulti and u die

As a team ward her jungle, pink ward the river and watch for her ganks in other lanes. Just a few pinks at the river entrances will usually spot on which side the Evelynn is. Also if she goes to clear pink wards whilst your jungler is near you'll also usually win the skirmish if you collapse on her. I personally feel that Nocturne and Rengar ganks are even harder to track than Eve as they can just gank by moving trough lanes and ulting before they come near minions.

Nice video, but my question would be that why did he go for on-hit Varus, when Lethality is stronger right now and the enemy had 4 squishies? Not to mention how with lethality Varus, you can dish out damage from further away, making it harder for the nocturne to engage on him.

I don't understand. If Nocturne really wanted, he could just click on Varus with his R at any time, because he's fed and he just can. I'll do exactly what the Varus did to avoid it, but Nocturne will specifically save his ult for me when he knows my support used his cc already. If Nocturne does it right, Varus can't do anything.
This Nocturne is just very bad.

Then your team pick a team that has no point-and-click hard cc, miss all of their skills, the enemy assassin proceeds to kill them all and you finally. What if your team cannot kill the enemy assassin by themselves?
