CY has to give the defending champs a chance. They had a ridiculous run of injuries. If they do sell he better get a haul for Evo. He overpayed for Scherz and he definitely overpaid for Chapman so he’s due for a string of good trades. He’d be selling low on Adolis and Nate (one an ALCS MVP and the other a Gold Glover that was a Silver Slugger the year before).

I’m a Phillies fan I would not do this. He would cost 3-4 top prospects and we could get something a lot cheaper out there.
@@skazzplayzz1481 Finding really good closing pitchers to complete the games for your team leading up to the ninth inning are very hard to find. Many of the best closers in the Majors are already in playoff bound teams. One of if not the very best of them Mason Miller will be a tremendous addition to your Phillies squad. Jose Alvarado is not a closer, he is more of an 8th inning setup guy. Gregory Soto, whom your team traded for to be in that closers role since he pitched as a closer for the Tigers did not have a long and successful track record of pitching as a closer. Hence his current struggles pitching for the Phillies this season. Mason Miller is the real deal. He'll put a lot more butts in the seats of your stadium in Philadelphia and he will be that final piece that will let the Phillies take one step closer to winning not only the NL Pennant but also the World Series. 😁
@@skazzplayzz1481Agreed, unless Mason Miller only costs 1-2 guys not named Painter, Crawford and Aidan Miller. Id trade Mick Abel and Griff McGarry for Mason Miller, but I don’t see the A’s making that trade
