Much as I love the boys, they were never so good together as when they had Charlotte. I’d love to see them play together at Ash 30!
Just get back together already.
+TytheBandit Couldn't agree more, definitely their golden period, she brings a huge breadth to their sound
+moloned For real. You listen to the songs with her specifically FAA and Meltdown they have a depth musically to them (not saying lyrically as Twilight of the Innocents has astounding lyrical depth). Get them to play her songs (including Sylver Tounge), as well as the regular Ash songs and I could listen to them for hours.
@@TytheBandit chaz wasn't happy being with ash mostly, it broke my heart when she said it last year but it was what she felt, non-stop touring and being the lone chick always away from the UK
mankitsu524 I know. It’s just they had this energy they both don’t have anymore. Not that they are not both still great because they are. They just had something special together in the music.
Ash need Charlotte back badly. Their at there best with 2 guitarists. LOVE this song, with only one guitar it would lack power and harmony. Anyone agree?
EXACTLY! She was SO good!
yeah i love her
They're at their best** xD you missed twise in a row come on!!
@@Snipersounds she IS so good
Nope
My favorite ASH song. I had the opportunity to see them live just before the Covid-19 outbreak but didn´t. Big mistake... I hope to get the chance again.
Tim really appreciates Charlotte, can see it in his eyes, really under played band on the radio, not many people I mention Ash too don't really know thee songs which is a shame as they're Al well written epic recordings.
Sound man shld be sacked 😂 that's some indestinguishable mushy noise
Omg Tim looks so happy having Charlotte there!
She rocks!
The best line-up. Live they need that 2nd guitar and backing vocals!
No
band not as good when she left obviously!
ASH is awesome...
they were better with Charlotte. they do need a 2nd guitar
Damn right!!
it was their worst mistake, she still missed
Couldn't agree more. They still write and record brilliant songs but they don't do them or the old ones justice live without another guitarist.
@@rih2010 the guitarist is no problem they've used the guy from bloc party before it's her vocals that are missed.
and a (female) backing vocals as well
Can u just come back full time..... cant rock with only one guitar
What is it worth...?
Indeed..
Charlotte looks like a young Beth Gibbons of Portishead
I miss coming back !!!
wish I was here...
At myke grimes...this song made us rock out!!!
I wish I was a teenage brit in year 2000
I was there, and let me tell you... It was amazing x
why? how old are you?
I was 19 and had been listening since 1977
2:25-2:28 - is mark singing to himself or what?
Fantastici.....lacrime...
How did I miss this sweet reunion…
and a drummer who doesnt speed up. One of the reasons why I don't play live any more.
what do you mean?
Hahaha
