    That Nathan Gerbe goal against Philly at 0:47 was the goal that tied the game in the 3rd period to send the game to OT, and that point clinched the playoffs for Buffalo in 2011. They have not made the playoffs since lol

      Hes not fluent in 7 languages, as far as I know. He picked up a few words from teammates from other countries.
      I know karate...and at least 3 other japanese words, doesnt mean I speak japanese

    Tough list, if for no other reason then most players have been listed as varying numbers for their height. Nathan Gerbe, for example, was often listed at 5'5, not 5'4. Lidstrom would be listed as 6'2 in some places, though he's normally listed at 6'1. Sundin was listed as small as 6'2 during his career, and was normally listed at 6'4.

      @@robpoole2417 Bobby Orr changed the position of defenseman, dominated everyone he played against, and won 3 league scoring titles as a d-man, never mind all the other awards. As an aside, he was also responsible for players getting what they should have been paid, and not treated like chattel. He's also considered by more hockey-savvy people than me to be one of the top three players of all time.

      Jonny B guud. True. But other than Howe, what three players from Montreal, Detroit, have the caliber of Lemieux and Crosby, Jagr arguably both in the top 10 all time. Lemieux and Crosby top five. I would put Howe 4th. Oilers have Gretzky of coarse at no 1A, but McDavids body of work doesn’t put him in the top 10 as of now. Not even close.

    Theoren Fleury should be in the Hall of Fame. Best at 5'-6" for sure but played bigger than that on the ice.

      Ovechkin is/was a more impressive talent, but Jagr accumulated a more impressive career resumé, albeit mainly by playing for a thousand years. If Ovechkin breaks or makes a very good run at the goals record then we'll recognize his career in total as one of the very elite and he'll have a solid spot on the short list of the greatest players ever to play in the history of the league. Until then I don't have a big issue with them putting Jagr here.

    If Lemieux played the same amount of games as Gretzky he would have had 2800 compared to Gretzkys 2857 and 1121 goals compared to Gretzkys 894 so imo I think Lemieux was the better player. And look at the highlights Lemieuxs were a lot better
