Ahh, I've been thinking about the blooming. 🤔 Maybe....Because you mixed it with base coat, it was cured correctly but it leaves a dispersion layer, which will have tiny bit of the colour in it, so when you add the next base coat without wiping it spreads the bit of loose colour... if you see what I mean? Looked lovely though, the set is gorgeous, colours, design, glitter everything. 😍
