oh absolutely, in my career i tried to help him win the WDC as his teammate. But everytime i tried to let him ahead and slowed everyone else down, he would have engine issues, slow pit stops, engine failures or magical damage. Leclerc is one of the unluckiest drivers in this game ever.

@@some205guyhe had a 48 point lead with three races to go in my career. Proceeded to get two engine failures in a row… Now in the next season he starts on Pole in the second race and gets another engine failure from the lead. It’s the ultimate Ferrari experience

@@razvanptr26 Yeah, the problem with Codies' AI is that they don't play by the same rules as you. They don't cut corners as aggressively so in order to be fast they gain laptime by using more battery than a player can do. If the AI behaved like a player, which all of the serious sims' AIs do, there wouldn't be problem with balancing.

Why don't you use more ers in qualifying laps? If you used it manually you would have way faster laps because hotlap doesn't spend any ers and there is always like half a bar left of ers for one lap.

They could make career mode so much better with real driver contracts every other sports game has them and most sports have hundreds of player contracts they put in the game why can’t F1 simply do 20 driver contracts and a realistic contract negotiation code like any other damn sports game

Because contracts in F1 (and racing in general) is not that simple, it takes a lot of different factors (mainly sponsors) to have a solid contract.

I believe the last few Monaco Grand Prix as well have been done from the cockpit cam weren't they? Would that have an effect, having to readapt to a different camera on top of everything else

Cockpit cam makes him slower, he usually does it for a extra challenge
