I like that Tower 28 shows multiple models wearing the concealer. THANK YOU for saying that no concealer doesn't crease. I'm a very expressive person, and concealer is gonna crease.
Oh my gosh that essence eyeliner was my holy grail years ago! They discontinued it and I have yet to find something that even comes close to it. I’m so glad it’s back!!
Kelly, i just wanted to say that it is because of your videos that I got back into make up after years and years of break. You channel my creative make up girlie in me and I’m having SO MUCH FUN now. My skin and undertones are very similar to yours so most products you recommend are perfect for me. Thank you Kelly!
I have 7 of the 8 shades of the Merit Solo Shadows. As you can guess, I absolutely love them, even though I usually do more intricate (3-5 shade) looks with powder eyeshadows. These are quickly converting me to something more simple, though. All you need to do is swipe a nice amount on the mobile lid and then blend upwards and outwards to your desired depth. (The neutral gray shade, Nelson, is absolutely fabulous, btw. Mentioning that because I haven’t seen anyone review it, and I think it’s amazing. Not too cool, but not warm, either. It’s perfect.) I also like using the darker shades as liners, after blending out the shadow, although I do find the liner effect fades just a bit over time. That does not bother me, though. Regarding the Tower 28 concealer, I am quite a bit older than you (54 😊) and I found that this concealer works better for me than the Natasha Denona one. After some trial and error, I found that the best way for me to apply it is to let it sit for at least one full minute before blending it out, and then I do NOT powder it. It does crease a tiny bit, but I just pat out the creasing with a finger when I see it, and the creasing disappears instantly. I find it to be VERY hydrating on my under eyes, which is great.
I love these for a quick casual brown wing on top and also smudged out in my lower lash line! I have watery eyes and they actually stay put well on my lash line.
Also thank for the tip on the concealer! The Natasha one didn’t work for me either. (Mid 40s here). The Tower 28 one creases so much on me and I don’t have too many lines on my face. However, I will try your method!
I have used so many concealers over 2 decades and I must say the only concealer that absolutely does NOT crease is the Kaja concealer. I just wish it had a bit more coverage but over all, it the best concealer as far as the way it looks on the skin. Extremely skin like and beautiful.
The Merit shadows are so lovely! I have Social (my favorite), Viper, and Brun. I have hooded oily lids, so no matter what I have to wear a primer. That being said, these do not budge when I use a primer (I use the Ulta tinted one) and setting powder. No creasing, even after 12 hours of wear. I wore Social today from 8 in the morning until past 10 in the evening, not a single crease. This is unheard of with all my other eyeshadows (cream, liquid, and pressed). I love the colors. I hope they come out with a burgundy one! That would be amazing.
I have slanted eyes with creases near the inner corner that aren't from aging like they've always been there. Concealer always makes them more noticeable.
You give the BEST reviews! Thank you ☺️. I feel like those Merit shadows are right up my alley- especially with being back to work as a kindergarten teacher- I need to get out the door quickly and I need it to last:) Xo 🇨🇦
My top three favorite drugstore concealers are the Elf Cosmetics Camo Concealers, NYX Professional Makeup Bare With Me Concealer in Light and Colourpop's Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Acid Concealer. All three of these concealers I use for a spot concealer and they work really well on my oily skin.
I have both those Merit shadow shades and I accent them with my RB shadow sticks in the corners all the time. Today I used some Colourpop super shock shadows. I ❤ the Merit formula and never had creasing either and I'm an oily gal in HOT North TX. I use my finger for all over and my BK 205 brush for the bottom lash.
I just bought the REM foundation yesterday because of your initial review! I also feel like you looked pretty dang glowy when you first tried this. Can’t wait to try it!!
Hi Kelly! I agree with you on the Essence eyeliner, I got it in the same shade 02 and on the eyelid it stays put, but for tight lining it transfers to the waterline pretty bad 🙁
I feel the same way about Tower 28 concealer. Even the one from Natasha made me look older through out the day. The only concealer that doesn't crease on me is Mac Longwear concealer.
Thanks for the reviews, Kelly! Your comments about the Merit shadow were especially helpful- I was on the fence about buying it. Right now I’m loving the Tower 28 concealer. 😺
So interesting to hear your experience with the tower28 concealer! Thanks for your honesty. I’ve wanted to try the ND concealer for a while, so i’m a little more convinced to go ahead with your new affiliate code.

I just bought that concealer! I don’t really have dry undereyes but I’ll be 39 tomorrow so we’ll see if it helps my fine lines! I get Botox so that definitely helps too😀

Thanks for your review! I'm getting closer to trying the Tower 28 because no concealer I've tried has worked with my 62-year-old skin.
I really love how you talk about makeup Kelly ❤ thanks for sensible reviews and fun videos: imo you show variety without overwhelming us with products

Oooh I will have to check it out! Thank you!

Thank you for your honest review of the Tower 28! I want to love it so badly but it is total crease city on me! 😢

Have you tried the Saie starglow dew gel?

How does the mauve shade compare to the Smashbox Always On cream shadow in Rose? It seems similar.
what mascara are you wearing in this video? your whole look is stunning here ❤
Thank you! ELF Lash N Roll :)
@@KellyGooch it’s gorgeous omg
I’m definitely going to pick up the Essence eyeliner!
I tried that lip plumper from Dr.Dennis it actually was really good and didn’t hurt me like the polite society one
Miss girl how are you going to not discuss the new UD Naked palette?

Your hair is SO cute
I tried the Merit shadows and liked how they looked and wore but they made my eyes tear and they burned after removing.
Very helpful and honest reviews
I’m glad it was helpful!

Not me watching this while wearing the Nabla plumper 😂😂
I almost bought the rem foundation yesterday but I hadn't seen any reviews so I didn't 😢
I don't see the point of the Merit shadows. Just buy Maybelline color tattoo, they still make them.
It's beauyiful❤
I just realised that r.e.m sounds like ari-m, like ariana makeup
Time warp to the 90s!
